Title: Case study of ortho-prothetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of bilateral transtibial amputation Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define theoretical knowledge about anatomy, amputation and prosthetics of the lower limbs. In the practical part, a description of the production of the aid and ensuring the patient's self-sufficiency. Methods: The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information on the issue of amputation procedures and subsequent prosthetic equipment. The practical part is processed in the form of a case report of a patient with a diagnosis of bilateral amputation of the lower leg, which describes the patient's anamnesis, the course of the initial examination and the process of manufacturing a prosthetic device. Results: The case study was processed on the basis of documentation obtained within the internship in the non-state institution Protetika s.r.o. in the period from March 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021. Svatava Neuwirthová Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the current theoretical knowledge about human respiratory system, COVID-19, acute respiratory failure and general physiotherapy methods used in patients who have undergone these diseases. Anna Pavelková Title: Correlation of physical activity, motor skills and flat feet in children aged 7-15 years Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to map the level of physical activity of selected age population of children that were indicated for physiotherapy, based on a questionnaire of physical activity PAQ-C. To monitor whether we find physical activity at levels 1 and 2 out (low physicalactivity)outof 5 levelspossible in children with flatfeet,on the basisof the PAQ- C questionnaire. Further objectify the flatfeet using a podoscope, and determine the level of the flatfeet according to Clement. Confirm / disprove the effect of the level of flatfeet on the achievement of the percentile (component and total) of the test battery MABC-2 in the evaluation of motor skills (especially balance and gross motor skills). Methods: A group of 15 children aged ± 10 years with diagnosed flatfeet (indicated for individual or group physiotherapy) formed a research sample for our study. Title: Case study of ortho-prothetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of trantibial amputation. Objectives: The main aim of this work is to describe amputation and possibilities of solu- tion. Further summarize how the theoretical as well as practical knowledge from the point of view of the production of aids and a case study of a patient with amputation. Methods: The thesis consists of several parts - the general part and the special part. General part includes theoretical knowledge related to amputation. Special part relates to a case study of a patient diagnosed with transtibial amputation and contains a theme of utility production. Title: Case study of ortho-prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of transtibial amputation Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge about amputations of the lower limbs and to process a case study of ortho-prosthetic care of a patient with a diagnosis of transtibial amputation. Methods: The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the topic of amputations and prosthetics of the lower limbs with a focus on transtibial amputation. The practical part is processed in the form of a case study of a patient after transtibial amputation in connection with diabetes mellitus. It describes the anamnesis, initial examination and protetometry, the production of the prosthesis, the static and dynamic completation and walking training with the made prosthesis. Results: The case study was completed during a month-long internship in the non- governmental medical institution named Protetika - Medica Praha. An appropriate prosthesis was made for the patient and he was ready for subsequent rehabilitation. After rehabilitation, there will be a significant improvement in the patient's quality of life. Author: Tereza Šťastná Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after liver transplantation Aims: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to process theoretical knowledge about liver, liver transplantation and to perform a case report of a patient who underwent transplantation. Methods: This thesis is created on the basis of continuous monthly practise at the Institute of clinical and experimental medicine at the department of KARIP, which took place in the period from 6th to 31st January 2020. Thesis is divited on theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part are compiled informations about anatomy and physiology of liver, than about liver diseases and liver transplantation. In the end of this part are informations about physiotherapic care after liver transplantation. Practical part conteins case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after liver transplantation and daily records of individual therapies. The bachelor thesis is written from the point of view of a physiotherapist. Results: The patient was in coma almost whole time of therapies, that fact greatly affects their process. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical and practical knowledge about the issue of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome. Methods: The theoretical part contains information about anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, some disorders in this area and possibilities of the therapy of vertebral algic syndrome. The second part is focused on the practical use of examination and therapeutic methods. Results: The patient's condition improved subjectively and objectively after the therapies. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient with the Diagnosis 'Frozen Shoulder' This Bachelor thesis is dealing with Frozen Shoulder syndrome. It is divided into general part and practical part. The general part is expounding theoretical findings from anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of shoulder girdle. It is also explaining the method of shoulder girdle examination. In the general part is described definition, etiology, clinical picture and the particular treatment of Frozen Shoulder syndrome. In the practical part is thoroughly compiled the case study of patient with diagnosis of Frozen Shoulder. This whole part is based on cooperation with the patient during my bachelor practice. The practice took place in Rehabilitační nemocnice Beroun in the period from 13.1. to 7.2.2020. In conclusion there are evaluated the achieved results from the course of therapy with the patient. Title: A case study focusing on the physiotherapeutic treatement of a patient with femur and tibia fractures Objectives: The goal of the theoretical section is to examine and summarize academic information related to the fracture of femur and tibia including anatomy, fracture diagnosis, traumatology and treatment options. The goal of the practical section is to analyze a case study of a patient suffering from the aforementioned injuries. Methods: The theoretical part is composed of existing academic knowledge related to the diagnosis which includes anatomy, traumatology, diagnostics and treatment possibilities. The practical part was compiled on the basis of work experience in the Rehabilitation Hospital od Beroun between 14th January and 8th February. It is a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with femur and tibia fractures, a summary of the treatment as well as an evaluation of the therapy's outcome. Results: The condition of the patient after his rehabilitation programme showed no significant improvement. Reduced range of movement in his knee, which was the main problem improved, but insufficiently. Conclusion: The excercise routine was the key factor in the rehabilitation of the patient.
