For the construction project will be developed technological studies major technological implementation stages, summary technical report, technological specification for installation of a steel frame and cladding halls, safety measures in the construction, inspection and test plan for the assembly skeleton, time and financial plan for the whole building, budget object SO01 production hall with an administrative extension and extension of production facilities.

The technological project deals with the processing of materials and documentation for the preparation and realization of the residential building in Brno Lišen.The project includes a technical report which closely provides basic information about the building. These information are complementing and justifying the project documentation of the construction technologies and other related documantation which are focusing on the creation of a control and test plans , support of the implementation of a safety plan on the construction site, proposal of the main building machines and mechanisms, design of the supply processes within the realization phase of the building process. It also contains technical regulations with detailed descriptions of chosen construction processes .

Building - technology phase: Implementation of superstructure of a single - family house

Bachelor´s thesis deals with selected stages of upper superstructure, as are walling and ceiling processes. Object is designed in two constructional variants. Porotherm system and Ytong system were selected and compared. Technological regulations, budgets, time schedules, principles of construction organization and other essentials for ensuring the smooth construction execution were studied. This thesis´s goal is to review selected variants in terms of time, economic, technology demands and thermal properties. Subsequent evaluation could serve families who intend renovation of their house as a guide in the selection of structural system.

Multipurpose Hospital Building in Český Krumlov - Building Technology Project

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a construction technology project for the construction of a new hospital pavilion in Český Krumlov. The thesis processes the preparation of construction and proposal of the organization of individual activities on the construction site in time sequence. The thesis contains technological regulations for the foundation of construction and realization of the monolithic frame on the 1st floor, which also includes drawings of the formwork of the ceiling slab and a scheme of formwork of columns and walls. Further contents are technological report, technological study of realization, transport relations, time and financial plans, complete construction site equipment for the whole construction phase, design of construction mechanisms and assessment of their suitability for use, resource balance, technological analysis, itemized budget, and occupational health protection for selected processes and noise studies dealing with the impact of building construction on the surrounding development.

The subject of bachelor thesis is a realization of roofing of an apartment building in city of Humpolec. Technological processes relating to realization of truss, roofing work, tinsmithing work and completion work in the form of isolation of roof and ceiling structures, are being adressed. Construction of truss is specific because of various roof inclinations including two dormers and several roof windows. The content of this thesis is technical report, adressing of problematics of material transportation, technological regulations on performer works, technological report of construction site equipment, design of machinge assemblies, inspection plans, test plans, safety solutions, time schedule, itemized budget and also construction execution diagram and construction site equipment diagram.

The subject of my thesis is the process of building technological studies remodeling the farm house, which is located in Svébohov in the Olomouc region. Processed work will be mainly in technological studies the major works, which will be included in the construction works. of these works will be created schedule. It will also be drawn time and financial plan together with a draft assembly machine for fabric the "C" building. Technological specification, bill of quantities, design of mechanical assemblies and safety measures at the construction site will be drawn up for the implementation of the ceiling structure of the building "C". The next section will draw up basic concept of the building operation.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the construction technological project of the multifunctional building Hradební in Uherské Hradiště. The discussed object is located in the conservation and residential area of the city. The aim of this thesis is to deal with the technological regulations of the earthworks and fundamental constructions in which case there are built up proposals of mechanical assembly, control and the trial plan, the time-schedule plan, itemized budget including statements of measurements accompanied and summarized technical report, solution of broader logistic relations, healthy and security rules at work.
