They are unrealized, or dreamed and are not anchored in reality, thus creating a new reality, functioning in the space of our heads. This is how painting works for me. As a space in which something can happen that doesn't really exist.

The work is handled by the technical design of the building management, technological prescription bricklaying, compare several variants of material, design of machine assembly, situation constructions, technical management equipment, inspection and test plan, job security, time and financial plans.

The subject of this final thesis is the construction technological project of extension of the apartment block in Brno. The work contains a comprehensive technical and accompanying report, the proposal for the site facility, also resolves the broader relations of transport routes to the site facility, budget and time plan. In the technological regulations is included the implementation process of ceiling and floor constructions, these regulations also include the proposal of machine set, safety plan and inspection and test plan.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to process a building construction project of the lower building of hotel Ovruč in Štrbské Pleso village, Vysoké Tatry. It is focused on realization of soilcrete and foundation structures. This thesis consists of accompanying and summarized technical reports, sitting of the building with regards to transport routes, technological regulations, organisation principles and equipment of building yard, the itemized budget and time schedule, proposition of construction machines configurations, inspection and testing plan, health and safety at work. All relevant technical drawings are included as well.

Execution of Superstructure of Apartment Building and Local Council Offices in Česká Bělá

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the structural technological project of new apartement building and local council offices in Česká Bělá. The thesis contains technological regulations of making damp-proofing, vertical structures from Porotherm clay system and half-precast clay-concrete Miako floor structures. Technological regulations are attached to checking and testing plans, design of site equipment including engineering report, assessment transport routes and proposal of machine assemblies. The other supplements are occupational safety, time schedule, budget and calculation by THU.

Construction technological project of administration building in Zlín-Luková

In this thesis is solved by building technological project of an office building in Zlin Januška Compressors - Lukov focusing on selected technological stage. Namely, the implementation of large wooden roof trusses and performing thermal insulation composite system. For these technological steps are processing all documents that are necessary for their implementation. It's technical report on construction technology project, time and financial plan of the building, study the implementation of major technological stages of the main building structure, design of the main building mechanisms, the project site equipment with appropriate drawings and calculations of the costs of site, technical regulations implementing the activities related to monitoring and test plans.

This diploma thesis deals with solution of construction of steel hall in Blansko. In this thesis is solved constructional-technological study of construction of steel hall. The thesis focuses in assembly of steel skeleton. More specifically deals with traffic situation around building, time and financial plan of the building for individual objects, draft of equipment of construction site, design of the main lifting machines and mechanisms, schedule of the main building object, safety measures at the construction site and ensuring quality requirements for the installation of a steel skeleton. Extra is processed itemized budget with bill of quantities, risk plan of construction of steel hall and construction details. This building is very interesting about architectural design. The basis for this thesis was a drawing documentation for realization of this construction.
