Chování vybraných členských států EU v rámci dluhové krize (aplikace teorie her)

Thesis uses game theory to explain behavior of certain states in the European sovereign-debt crisis. The goal is to find out, if those states use strategies leading to equilibrium i.e. if they maximize their expected utility. Theoretical part is based mainly on repeated games and Bayesian game. Thesis summarizes development of European sovereign-debt crisis and key economic indicators. It constructs a game model of the crisis and further analyses situation of Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Greece as players in the game. The game model is then tested on key conflict situations such as relations of France and Germany, first Greek bailout negotiations or Spanish bank bailout negotiations. The results show that chosen states do maximize their expected utility in one election period. However maximization of utility in two or more election periods is limited by the parameters of democratic election system - length of election periods and information asymmetry between voters and politicians. The costs of elimination of information asymmetry would be higher than the costs of debt crisis. So even considering the costs of debt crisis the states are in long term equilibrium.

Causes, progress, consequences and another aspects of the global financial crisis 2008 in international comparison

The subject of this thesis is the description of trends in economy during global financial crisis in 2008. The main object of this work is to find causes and especially to analyze the mortgage bubble in financial markets, panic, uncertainty and risk spreading to other sectors. This work analyzes many consequences, which have been caused by financial crisis on global economy. This thesis also focuses on evaluation of important institution's influence, such as investment banks, insurance companies and rating agencies on financial crises. There are used microeconomic and macroeconomic indicators to analyze financial markets and national economies of countries which were affected by the crisis. Also is analyzed if interventions of central bank and government were eligible. This issue is discussed in part which describes economic cycles from perspective of the Austrian school of economics.

The thesis presents an analysis of range in the insurance industry with a focus on life insurance and marketing mix in insurance for a young customers. There is mainly used methods of comparison, qualitative marketing research, the mystery shopping and observation. In the methodological part is described the marketing research, marketing of services, marketing mix in insurance, the application part is focused on product of the life insurance types and the advantages and disadvantages of this financial product, including a comparison of current market offerings. In this thesis is compared product, price, distribution and communication of five selected insurance companies in the Czech Republic. The goal is recommendations on how to improve the attractiveness of life insurance for segment of young consumers.

THE FORGOTTEN ART OF NATURAL TRUMPET MAKING

This thesis describes history, construction and production of baroque natural trumpets of Nürnberg type. The first chapter introduces the trumpet development from the very beginning to renaissance. The second one follows baroque natural trumpets, their construction, pitch and way of playing. The third chapter resumes history of trumpet production in Nürnberg, Germany. The last chapter tries to deal with natural trumpet making procedure of all parts.

The main topic of my thesis is Pavel Josef Vejvanovský, Czech baroque composer, marvelous trumpeter, member and chapel-master of Bishop Karl Lichtenstein Castelcorn?s band. I would like to introduce some facts about his life, conditions of his position at the Bishop?s court. I mention his influence to Czech baroque music especially the brass one. At the end I am trying to analyze his Sonata à 4, in g minor for Trumpet and Organ.

Poskytla RIA podklady k efektivnímu politickému rozhodnutí ohledně programu podpory filmového průmyslu?

The Film Industry Support Programme offers filmmakers up 20 % eligible costs on their production related expenses provided that they film in the Czech Republic. The aim of the programme is to improve amount of foreign film productions in the Czech Republic. EEIP, a.s. created a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) study in which the impacts of the Film Industry Support Programme on the state budget have been quantified. They concluded that the impact of the subsidy programme on the state budget will be positive. In my work I made evaluation after a year of existence Support Programme. According to my calculation no measurable positive impacts on the state budget occured so far.

Development of The operational and information centres of Fire Rescue department, including in South Regional within suggestion of the organizational and technological solutions.

The thesis deals with the issue of regional integration of operations and information centres as a part of the Czech Republic Fire and Rescue Service (FRS). The regional fire-fighting rescue teams approached this issue independently, case-by-case, for both technical and human resources needs. The thesis is divided into several parts describing the regional integration activity at operations and information centres within the Czech Republic Fire and Rescue Service. It describes the basis of the regional integration of operations and information centres, legal regulations related to the regional integration activity at operations and information centres and explains some options for the integration operations and information centres. The thesis aims to scrutinize developing a methodology which can assist FRS in the integration of the existing operation and information centres. Such methodology might also serve as a framework for the integration of the police operation centres or emergency services throughout the Czech Republic.

Foreign policy of Georgia 2006-2008

The bachelor thesis deals with foreign policy of Georgia, which resulted in the armed conflict with Russia in August 2008. The aim of the thesis is to find out, how successful the foreign policy of Georgia was in the years 2006 -- 2008. The thesis compares goals and processes defined in the strategic documents of the foreign policy with Georgia's real needs.
