First-instance proceedings for administrative transressions

Offence proceedings in the first instance Resumé The offence proceedings are a special type of the administrative proceedings, through which the administrative body adjudicate on the accused of the offence and his guilt and punishment. The purpose of the offence proceedings is to find out solution of a question, if the offence was committed and who is responsible for that. The offence proceedings are regulated mainly in the code no. 200/1990 Sb., Act on Transgressions, and subsidiary in the code no. 500/2004 Sb., Administrative Procedure Rules. Also legal principles are very important and influencing the offence proceedings. The offence is the object of the offence proceedings. The offence according to the Czech legal system is considered as a wrongful act which is injurious to the public as the crime is, but the difference between them is that the offence is less serious than a crime. The participants and the administrative body are the subjects of this type of proceedings. The offences are heard by the administrative body and the administrative body decides on rights and impose the obligations towards the offender. The participants of the offence proceedings are the accused of the offence, the aggrieved party, the owner of the thing, that might be confiscated, and the applicant, who put the petition....
Conception of compensation for bodily harm arose in performance of work

This thesis deals with the conception of compensation for bodily harm arisen from industrial injuries or occupational diseases. Recently, it was decided bodily harm of employees continues to be compensate by the employer under his objective liability for damages. The main aim of the thesis is to describe current legislation in the Labour Code and to compare it with the general bodily harm compensation legislation in the Civil Code. The thesis is divided into 7 chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of bodily harm and its specifics. The second chapter brings brief insight into the field of the international law, especially focuses on the conventions of the International Labour Organization which provides minimum standards of the compensation for industrial injuries and occupational diseases. In the third chapter follows short excursion into the European law, focused primarily on providing compensation to the migrant workers within the European Union. The fourth chapter describes historical development of compensation for bodily harm arisen from industrial injuries or occupational diseases in legislation since the Industrial Revolution until recent past. Structure and development of criminality in the Czech Republic - abstract (Key words: criminality, structure, development) This master's thesis deals with the structure and development of crime in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the description of the current state of criminality and its distribution around the country. The main goal of this thesis is to map and describe the structure of criminality in the Czech Republic and its development in the last 20 years with the use of statistical data from the Czech Police and yearbooks of The Institute of Criminology and Social Prevention, a Czech research organization. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the concept of criminality and the basic criminology terms, which are used to describe and research criminality, such as quantitative and qualitative indicators of criminality used to gain information about the current condition of criminality. References to the sources of criminality information are also an inseparable part of the first part of this thesis. The second part covers in detail the condition of crime between the years 2019 and 2020 and describes the most frequent and most significant crimes committed in the concerned period. Determination of content of organic compounds in biochar

Biochar is created during the pyrolysis of organic biomass. Once added into the soil, it can improve its features. Biochars made from sewage sludge have various compositions. It is because of the vast difference between entrance materials. Organic pollutants can be absorbed into its surface during the cooling proces sof pyrolysis. If released into the enviroment, these compounds can cause inhibition of plant growth, get into food chains and adversely affect living organisms. Organic pollutans are determined most often by GC/MS after organic solvent extraction.
Sociodemografická analýza SO ORP Bučovice

The aim of this thesis was sociodemographic analysis of administrative district ORP Bučovice in the period 2005-2015. The first part of this thesis was dealt with description of the demographic analysis and demographic indicators. The second part devoted to the characteristics of the administrative district, civic amenities, further there were analysis of the pointers like natality, abortion, mortality, marriage, divorce rate and the migration. For these indicators, the development trend was projected for 2018 with the help of trending function. The analysis has shown that there is demographic aging in the administrative district and there is also a higher level of education of these population. At the conclusion of this thesis, a cluster analysis was carried out of all municipalities in the administrative district, which divided the municipalities into the clusters.

The aim of this bachelor thesis, with the title The Use of GPS in Crop Production Lines, is to describe the technology required for the use of GPS in agriculture. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on a brief overview of the individual sectors of precision farming, and a basic outline of GNSS and its parts. The second part consist of my own research, in which I used a questionnaire to find out the following: to what extent is precision farming and the use of GPS widespread in the Czech Republic, and whether farmers are in favour of the use of technologies in precision farming.

This Bachelor thesis deals with determination of the content substances in mint (Mentha). Mint is in pharmacy very popular herb, it is been used for over 2000 years. We know many species of mint. Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is the most favorite and most common species. In the theoretical part there is description of substances found in plants, the characteristic of mint and principles of used analytical methods. Practical part of this thesis describes substances found in examined teas.

The animal like a means to establishment the contact with an elderly person with dementia

This product engages in using animals by the seniors which have the dementia. Our lives are longer and longer and the population all around the world is older in these days. Hand in hand with this situation we can find more chronic diseases for example the dementia. People with the dementia have a lot of problems which limit their lives. This illness grow up step by step and than the man can not také care of himself and he needs the help of other people. Men live in the Houses for seniors and their treatmens includes non-pharmacological therapies still often. The theraphy with the animal sis more using nowadays. The animals are very important in the life of the people, especially in the emotional way of live. They are very good company and we know about their great role in mental and physical health, so it means very often using of animal-assisted interventions (AAI) in all subcategories. For seniors with the dementia the animals means relief from the depression, the motivation and the opportunity to participate in various activities. The animals can help the seniors with their cognitiv functions and all quality of their lives. The dogs, cats, horses, birds and aquarium fishes are the most using for the theraphy. Every animal has own specific qualities and can be using in a different situations or can have an influence to the people with the demetia. The contanct can be in a form of visiting programmes, living animals in the Houses for seniors or ithe the flat of senoirs. The most using for the theraphy and the activities with the help of animals are AAT and AAA. It is very important to give the target of every programme. The planning is the key for the success of this animal using.
