This diploma thesis deals with consumer behaviour in the food delivery mar-ket. The aim of this thesis is to propose recommendations for restaurant operators enabling food delivery and other entities operating on the market. These recom-mendations will lead to a competitive advantage of operators and also to increase the satisfaction of customers who order food online. A sub-objective of the thesis is to identify factors influencing consumer behaviour when ordering food online. The research focuses on the residents of the South Moravian Region aged 18-53 years. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the analysis of secondary data and prima-ry data obtained through qualitative and quantitative research – in-depth inter-views (n = 20) and a questionnaire survey (n = 300) is conducted. The collected data are processed and evaluated using mathematical and statistical methods. Based on the findings, recommendations are formulated for entities operating in the food delivery market.

Možnosti využití aromaterapie u koní

This bachelor thesis is a literature search that focuses on the possible use of aromatherapy in horses. In the first chapter, aromatherapy is characterized and basic concepts are defined. The second chapter focuses on the origins of aromatherapy and outlines the historical development of aromatherapy in different countries. The third chapter describes the methods of obtaining essential oils, their specificity and the routes of penetration of essential oils into the organism. The properties of the basic six essential oils that are suitable for horses are profiled. The fourth chapter characterizes natural zoopharmacognosy, controlled zoopharmacognosy, and its potential use in aromatherapy in horses. The fifth chapter focuses on the use of aromatherapy in horses. It describes the basic health problems of horses and suitable essential oils for their direct or complementary treatment.

The bachelor’s thesis aims to propose a personnel strategy for a selected student organization. The first part is devoted to literary research on the topic of non-profit organizations, volunteering, and human resources management. The second part is focused on a specific student organization, its description, analysis of the current situation in the personnel area, and its evaluation, including the results of a questionnaire for members of the organization. The aim of the thesis is to propose a summary of recommendations for streamlining recruitment, improving awareness within the organization, motivation, and rewarding members.

Screeningová analýza toxických kovů v říčních sedimentech Moravského krasu

The diploma thesis dedicates the presence of toxic metals in the river sediments of the Moravian Karst. Thesis assesses potential sources of toxic metals and deals with the issues of legislative measures relating to the presence of toxic metals in sediments. In the practical part diploma thesis determines the amount of toxic metals in 20 selected localities together with other geochemical parameters. pH, redox potential and conductivity were monitored in water. The amount of total organic carbon (TOC) and amount of toxic metals is determined in the river sediment. The concentration of toxic metals in sediments was determined by non-destructive X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF method) on the device Niton XL3t GOLDD +. Finally, the measured results of toxic metals are evaluated and compared with valid legislative regulations.

Keeping care for the disabled people

The thesis deals with selected elements related to the care for people with disabilities, focusing on the factors which impede or complicate the treatment. Based on specialized literature, the thesis draws near the life of the caregivers as they cope with disabilities of their loved ones and adapt to new situations in life, change their way of life, be it in terms of housing, family relationships, relationships, employment or financial situation changes.

The thesis is focused on optimization of articles of commerce in selected company from in vitro diagnostics field. Based on detailed analysis will be evaluated the actual situation of selected items and compared with suitable model of supply management. The results will be provided to the company together with evaluation and proposals to remove discovered deficiencies.

The economy of Austria and its comparison to the Czech Republic

The aim of the thesis is to describe the economy of Austria from the perspective of basic macroeconomic indicators and their development from the early 1990s to the present. These indicators are compared with the selected countries, especially with Germany, the United States of America and the Czech Republic. As Austria is a small open economy, international trade and external economic balance are important topics to be mentioned. Austria is compared to the Czech Republic. Both countries are not only geographically close to each other, they also have a common history and cultural traditions. Therefore, a comparison of their pension systems, healthcare and ethnic compositions is included in this thesis.

The Czech economy transformation - strengths and weaknesses

The Czech economy transformation after November 1989 illustrates the transition from a centrally planned economy to a market economy. This reconstruction required many fundamental changes, namely: privatization, price liberalization and liberalization of foreign trade. These changes have had a significant impact on the territorial and commodity structure of foreign trade and external economic balance of the Czech Republic. This thesis aims to assess the steps in the transformation of the Czech economy and the effects on the development of foreign trade relations of the Czech Republic from the perspectives of economists and ordinary citizens.
