E-shop proposal

This bachelor thesis focuses on setting the optimal solution to an e-shop development for a company supplying capital equipments for water buildings. The company want to extend their sphere of action by setting up an e-shop offering their products on the Internet. They can choose from a number of e-shops provided by various companies. A part of my thesis is about choosing the way of developing the e-shop so that it meets the company requirements and that it is favourable for them at the same time. At the end of my thesis I want to asses the costs and also the anticipated benefits of the e-shop solution.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of a financial situation of the company ARKO MONT, s.r.o. It is used the correct assessment of a rating of the company, which is reached by using the method of financial analysis. There are used accountant sheets from years 2006 till 2008. This paper consists from two main parts – the theoretical part and the practical part of the financial analysis. Finally, there are formulated the improvements of the current situation of the company which are based on the basis of results of the made financial analysis.

Finally, suggestions are made to improve project management.

Legal pre-conditions for parenthood

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the legal pre-conditions for parenthood. These are objectively understood as a set of provisions, which give us the answer, who are the legal parents of a child. These provisions are motivated by an effort to harmonize legal parenthood with biological. They are a source of important statutory rights of an individual, which to some extent determine his/her legal status from the very birth. With statutory rights are subsequently firmly bound public legal consequences. These are mainly a relationship between the individual and the state, in particular the obligation to register a child in the state-led civil registration, and also the acquisition of the citizenship. The relationship of parent and child can be considered as basic and most important personal relationship ever. As a result, various rights and duties arise of this relationship, and therefore the need to regulate such relations by the law has appeared with the evolution of human society, so they were build on a solid basis without being disputed. Every state should thus have the obligation to implement such provisions into its legal order.
