Master´s thesis is the proposal of real business plan for the re-opening of a music club Beseda in Hodonín city. Business plan was set in as reactions for proposal of city Hodonín, which is offering zero rental of area associated with operation of a club to potencional client. As a main information source for procesing of this work i used output of consultation with previous user of this club with assumption, that progress of situation of this club is perfectly reflecting current situation on this market.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to evaluate the real value of the apartment building and to apply the attributes of the system approach for all operations associated with that particular evaluation. The thesis is mainly focused on the creation of the essential system parameters and the aplication of system methodology on solution of specific expert opinion. As a sample for aplication of system aproach for processing expert opinion was used real estate in Brno-Židenice, on which was used evaluation according to assignment.

Proposal of the Bussiness Plan for the Music Club Establishment

This bachelor´s thesis contains necessarily prerequisites for producing a business plan of establishment of the music club, stabilisation on the market and overcoming of eventually crisis. It analyse problems which are related with this theme and it contains suggestions of single situations, which can come in crisis intervals. This thesis includes especially suggestions of marketing, oragnizational and financial plans. The aim of this thesis is to find the way how to lead firm like this on such unpredictible market with limited persistance of such firms.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation of a chosen company, identify weak sides in this area and suggest measures leading to improvement of company’s financial health on the basis of this analysis. This bachelor thesis will focus on evaluating financial situation and completing financial analysis of San Marco s.r.o. between years 2009-2012 through indicators of financial analysis. San Marco company carries on two family pensions in Mutěnice and vine cellar, which is also in Mutěnice near Hodonín. The bachelor thesis will further take up on suggestions to improve economic situations of the company.
