Numerická analýza zkoušky padostrojem u cyklistické přilby: ručně versus automaticky dělaný model
Kunecký, Jiří ; Micka, Michal
For advanced analysis of performance of bicycle and other sportive helmets, it is advantageous to use FEA. FEA is able to predict the stresses, as well as the acceleration history of the dummy head. The article deals with comparison of two approaches used in the generation of FE model: hand-made model using NURBs modeling software used in design of industrial products and technology based on reconstruction of surface using 3D scanning.
Vliv cervikokapitalní endoprotézy na změny napjatosti v kostní tkáni
Kytýř, Daniel ; Micka, Michal
The most common problem that may happen soon after hip hemiarthroplasty surgery is migration of the head of the acetabulumreplacement. In the operation records of the Orthopaedic Clinic of the 3rd Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague, the implants that migrated in different ways in the course of several months were retrieved and evaluated. There are two dominant directions of the replacement head migration: median migration into pelvis minor or migration in acetabular labrum direction. The aim of this research work is to analyse the migration of the replacement head in pelvic bone under various types of loading and shapes of acetabulum.
Creation of the helmet model from the 3D scanning
Micka, Michal ; Vyčichl, J.
Contribution deals with the preparation of the numerical model of the cycling protective helmet for calculation with the computer programme ANSYS. The helmet was scanning by the hand scanner. After evaluation of the pictures of the helmet surface are at disposal the graphic output files in the format IGES and STL . To unloaded them and for the creation of the numerical geometrical model in ANSYS the modification of the model was performed in two ways. First the input file is edited from the format IGES and second it is the creation of the helmet outside surface from triangles inscribed into the surface of the model in format STL.
Droptest of the model of the helmet and head
Micka, Michal ; Krumphanzl, V.
The contribution deals with the evaluation of the behavior of the numerical model of the bike helmet and the head maquette using the programme ANSYS LS-DYNA. There are collated two types of the protective helmet – fulfilled helmet and the helmet with lightening and airing openings. There are modeled the fall on the pillow in both cases with the same initial parameters and the results of both calculations are collated.
Mikroindentace těles s vazkopružnou odezvou
Minster, Jiří ; Micka, Michal ; Bláhová, O.
This paper presents some results related to the introductory part of a project aimed at identifying the time-dependent mechanical characteristics of viscoelastic materials on the basis of microidentation data.
Compression test of a timber core - ANSYS model and moire interferometry experiment
Micka, Michal ; Minster, Jiří ; Václavík, P.
The paper presents results of modelling a non-standard compression test of timber, executed on small diameter cores in a special testing device. The test is semidestructive - friendly to historic timber. Numerical solution for elastic orthotropic material is correlated with results of moire-intererometry experimental data. The approach enables to define strengths and Young´s moduli of the assessed core.
Vliv tvaru pánevní kosti na pole napění po implantaci cerkvikokapitální endoprotézy
Kytýř, Daniel ; Jírová, Jitka ; Micka, Michal ; Jíra, J.
Migration of the implant head after hemiarthoplasty is a problem which appertain to nearly all patients. Article deals with development and utilization of parametrical FE model of the hip joint for numerical analysis of implant head migration. There are two main input parameters for the stress analysis. CE angle representing the shape of acetabulum and direction of the femoral replacement loading. To assess the influence of selected parameters on the implant migration and to enable easy comparison to patients X-Ray scanning, the analysis was carried out as axially symmetric 2D and 3D contact problem. Ultimate values of first principal stress, third principal stress and sum of displacements were used as a reference magnitude.
Numerical modelling of interaction between maquette of skull and protective helmet
Krumphanzl, V. ; Micka, Michal
The simple test of the cycling protective helmet loaded by statical forces on the top of the helmet is simulated using program ANSYS. The standardized model for laboratory tests of helmets is used as the model of the head.
Parametrical study of the stress changes in the pelvis bone after hemiarthoplasty
Kytýř, Daniel ; Jírová, Jitka ; Micka, Michal
Article deals with development and utilization of parametrical FE model of pelvic bone for analysis of migration of implant head after hemiarthoplasty. The CE angle and direction of loading were taken as imput parameters for the stress analysis. The analysis was carried out as axially symmetric 2D contact problem. Extreme values of first principal stress, third principal stress and sum of displacements were used as a reference magnitude.
Fundamental aspects of acetabular cups of THR
Jírová, Jitka ; Micka, Michal ; Jíra, Josef ; Sosna, A. ; Pokorný, D.
Conical acetabular cups, which migrated across lamina in the course of years, were retreived and evaluated. Just at the contact between bone and artificial material of the implant overloading or on the contrary insufficient loading of the trabecular bone tissue and undesirable micromotion of the acetabular implant were observed.
