Spatial and timely survey of indebtedness in European companies

The aim of this thesis is to process spatial and timely survey of profitability ratios and then namely debt ratios in individual sectors of selected European companies, in the time period from 2011 to 2015. Financial ratios such as return on assets, return on equity, debt ratio, long-term debt to total assets ratio, short-term debt to total assets ratio and interest coverage are used. Based on the results of the investigation, the most successful sectors and states, including the Czech Republic, are evaluated. The correlation analysis and following testing of mutual dependence between debt ratio and return ratio, as well as mutual relationship between the business sector debt, household sector debt and public sector debt are included.
Financial analysis and prognosis of future development PŘÍHODA s. r. o.

The aim of this thesis is to carry out a financial analysis of the company PŘÍHODA s. r. o. from the year 2010 to 2015, and draw up a financial plan for the year 2016. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, methodical part, there are described methods and indicators, which are applied in the analytical part afterwards. The analytical part consists of introduction of the company, interpretation of results, comparison with recommended values and competition.
Cash Flow Forecasting for Financial Management

The aim of the thesis is firstly to provide a definition of cash management in global corporations, secondly to analyse and assess various methods of cash forecasting. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to describing the nature of cash management and currently available tools for more effective and efficient financial management. In the following part, theoretical methods of cash forecasting are introduced, the best of which are subsequently applied on a model company through creation of a simplified cash budget. The main objective of the thesis is to describe cash management, analyse different cash forecasting methods, and demonstrate their qualities on a model exercise.

Bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of the company Dermacol a. s. for years 2011 until 2015. The aim of the thesis is to determine financial health and evaluate financial situation of the chosen company. The main sources of information are primarily published financial statements and annual reports. Whole thesis is divided into two parts. Methodical part focuses on defining selected methods, models and financial indicators, which are later applied to the selected company. It involves horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, interpretation of calculated indicators and prediction of financial stringency with the help of creditworthy and bankruptcy models.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of MEDISERVIS s. r. o. in period from 2012 to 2016. The company uses fiscal year ended with 30. 6. The thesis is divided into two parts (theoretical and practical). There are indicators, methods, recommanded values, models and other explained in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with applying, assessing and commenting procedures described in the theoretical part. The procedures are horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratio indicators (profitability, liquidity, activity and indebtness). Subsequently there is a solvency model (Kralicek quick test) and a bankruptcy model (Altman Z-score) applied. The bachelor thesis deals with financial analysis of a company called "Isolit - Bravo, spol. s r. o." during the period 2011-2015. The work consists of two main parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is about general principles of financial analysis, its users and information sources. Further,the thesis features a description of financial ratios as well as bancruptcy and credibility models. The practical part focuses on introduction of "Isolit - Bravo, spol. s r. o." and an aplication of financial analysis from the theoretical part. The results of financial ratio are compared with results in the industry. The conclusion describes overall financial situation of the company.

This master thesis focuses on the process of globalization and its consequences that allowed for the formation of multinational corporations. The current environment is characterized by the fast pace of changes that requires firms react flexibly, which demands new approaches to managing employees, creating more flexible organizational structures supporting creative people, and innovation because people and innovations are the key sources of competitive advantages. The goal of this thesis is to analyze changes at O2 after Spanish telecommunications firm Telefónica S.A. sold a majority stake to PPF in 2013. The changes associated with the switch in ownership can chiefly be seen in the firm's goals, its organizational structure, its policy toward employees, in customer satisfaction, and in its investments and share price.

The aim of thesis rest on an elaborating financial and strategic analysis of the Hamé ltd. in the time period from 2010 to 2015. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first methodical part contains a definition of the subject and the importance of financial and strategic analysis. In the part of financial analysis its resources and users are concretized and the methodology of the indicators of the financial analysis are described. Strategic analysis is divided to external and internal analysis. In the second practical part the methods are applied to the company Hamé and the individual results are presented and evaluated.

The sources of information are published financial statements for the period 2010 to 2015. The aim of the thesis is to determinate the financial health and to evaluate the overall financial situation of this company. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the methods and defines selected financial indicators. The practical part deals with the methods described above to the selected company. Above all these are vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements of the company. In this part, there are also calculated and interpreted values described financial indicators. It includes selected creditworthy and bankruptcy models which along with other matters identified to evaluate the financial condition and stability of the company.
