Monitoring Environmental Costs in KOVOHUTĚ PŘÍBRAM nástupnická, a.s.

Environmental managerial accounting is one of voluntary tools of environmental policy. It helps company to recognize its influence on environment and it is a base for environmental management decision-making, which brings environmental and economical results. EMA consists from two parts. The first is input/output balance of materials and energies and the second is a statement of environmental costs and revenues. Environmental accounting evaluates financial and physical information. Statements show in which domain there is the biggest influence on environment. Target of this work has been to implement this accounting in the company Kovohutě Příbram nástupnická, a.s. It is a long process, which needs cooperation of many employees of company. In the process of identification of environmental costs there were defined facilities, which protect or injure environment. Costs with influence on environment were described as environmental costs. On the base of environmental statements company is able to make decisions, which will lead to cleaner production

This thesis deals with issues related to the identifiability and traceability of parts manufacturing company engaged in the aviation industry. The paper summarizes the international standard ČSN EN ISO 9001 and ČSN EN 9100, according to which the company is certified, and other in-house standards under which it dealt with the interpretation of international standards. Subsequent to solve the problem is the result of consultation within the company and market research, dealing with the identification of products. The proposed solutions are a self-adhesive label, which allows companies to leverage existing technology of barcodes generated by the SAP system and the simplicity of using the stickers. It is possible their reapplied after each operation, which was performed on the work piece and the staff are on the barcode system used, ie no need for complex training.

Biological activity of plant metabolites I. Influence of plant constituents on some species of the genus Eimeria

SOUHRN K přípravě extraktů a následnému testování bylo na základě literatury vybráno několik drog - Caryophylli flos, Curcumae longae radix, Ocimi sancti herba, Origani herba a jedna izolovaná substance knicin (z Cardui benedicti herba). Z těchto drog jsem metodou kontinuální extrakce (perkolace) připravila extrakty a poté u nich stanovila sušinu. Potřebné množství zhomogenizovaného extraktu jsem sorbovala na celozrnnou mouku tak, aby v konečném množství roztěru 200 g byly nasorbovány 2 g suchého extraktu a byl dokonale homogenní. Tento roztěr byl dispergován do krmiva pro myši a krysy tak, aby výsledná koncentrace byla 100 ppm. V případě knicinu jsem obdržela již izolovanou substanci, příprava roztěru probíhala obdobným způsobem. Každý z extraktů a knicin byly testovány v jednom experimentu, jehož délka se pohybovala kolem asi 7 - 8 dnů. Testovaná látka byla podávána pokusné skupině zvířat (mastomyši a myši CD1) v krmivu, kontrolní skupina zvířat dostávala stejné krmivo, ale bez přídavku testované látky. Kokcidiostatický efekt se zjišťoval jako rozdíl v kvantitě vylučovaných oocyst mezi testovanou a kontrolní skupinou. Dle grafu 19 je patrné, že nejlepší kokcidiostatickou aktivitu vykazovaly tři extrakty připravené z drog Ocimi sancti herba, Caryophylli flos a Origani herba. U Ocimi sancti herba bylo...
