Czechs from Zelów and their contemporary life in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis "Czechs from Zelov and their contemporary life in the Czech republic" makes an attempt to show the process of changes in life and identity of people participating in the return migration from Zelov in Poland (in Polish Zelów) and their descendants. It deals with return migration after the Second World War and next changes in collective identity. Czechs in Zelov built their identity on the connection of religious and language-and-ethnic awareness. They came to Zelov in 1803 from Silesia, where they were from 1740s as religious emigrants. The thesis also includes this history of the migration and life in Zelov. Than the thesis presents outcomes of field research, which took place from October 2011 - to February 2012. The research supposes that the descendants are now interested in their history and traditions of Zelov. The example of interest is citizens association Exulant. The research is consisted of interviews and questionnaires from nine protestants parishes in the Czech republic. They show that these people declare they are not interested in Zelov. On the other hand, observations and pastor's point of view indicate that the life of them is influenced by Zelov in many directions. Identity of the Czech Evangelical Reformed Congregation members in Zelow

Based on field research among Czechs living abroad, the diploma thesis introduces the offsprings of the Czech 18th -century exile, members of the Evangelical Reformed Church in Poland, is. While the community decreased due to massive re-emigration after the Second World War, at first it remained endogamous. Eventually though, interfaith marriages with Polish Catholics increased and language usage shifted. However, offsprings of Czechs from Zelów who stayed true to the reformed faith still maintain and pass on their faith which is the main part of their identity even nowadays. Furthermore, some of them still adhere to their Czech origins. They established the Association of Czechs in Poland in 2010 and then the Czech Club in Zelów. This study refers to how members of the Evangelical Reformed congregation in Zelów see their own identity and the existence of mixed marriages within the community of the congregation.
Education, motivation and reward system of employees in selected company

The main object of this master thesis is to analyze the current system of education, motivation and reward system in company ČEZ Prodej a.s and to suggest changes in the system of education, motivation and reward system. The theoretical part refers to gaining an insight into problematic in education, motivation and reward system. The aim is to explain basic terms, ways and methods how to educate, motivate and reward employees. The practical part deals with company ČEZ Prodej, s.r.o. The aim is to introduce systems of education, motivation and reward system of employees in the company. Afterwards all parts of these systems are evaluated with positive and negative comments. It also includes analysis of company´s productivity and its financial state. The last part is dedicated to the proposed changes putting two sick days into reward system. The aim is to create detailed suggestion with all impacts on the company. The impacts will be analyzed on previously identified indicators of financial analysis, revenues, costs and profits. The conclusion is whether the proposed change is recommended to be introduced to the company or not.

The theoretical part is focused on description of term of people with disabilities, communication with them, social care benefits and of successful employing in the labour market.
