Title: Potential impact of financial rules on the economic behaviour of LaLiga and Premier League clubs in the transfer market Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the potential impact of FFP rules on the economic behaviour of Spanish LaLiga and English Premier League clubs in the transfer market. Methods: Qualitative methods are used in this paper, namely in-depth document analysis and comparison of documents and financial ratios. Furthermore, the Chow test was performed. Results: The research concluded that the FFP rules have a positive impact on the economic behaviour of Spanish LaLiga and English Premier League clubs in the transfer market in terms of their financial sustainability. Synergy between traditional sport and esport: motivation to start esport teams by traditional sports clubs

Title: Synergy of traditional sports and esports: Motivations for establishing esports teams by traditional sports clubs Objectives: The main goal of this master's thesis is to identify the motivational aspects of traditional sports clubs for founding esports teams and to evaluate the benefits of this step. This proposal will focus on the study of synergy between traditional sports and esports and examine what reasons lead sports clubs to invest in esports and create their esports teams. It aims to understand the economic, strategic, and fan-based aspects of the connection between these sectors and propose recommendations for clubs on how best to use the synergy between traditional sports and esports. Methods: Qualitative research is used in this thesis. Research is based on a carefully designed selection of respondents to obtain a representative sample of opinions from various environments and perspectives. A total of six key respondents participated in the research, each representing a recognized traditional football team or hockey club. Conclusion: The results of the thesis show that traditional sports clubs are deciding to establish esports teams primarily for the purpose of brand expansion and reaching younger demographic groups. The Impact of Stadium Attendance on the Phenomenon of Home Advantage in European Football

Title: The Impact of Stadium Spectators on the Home Advantage Phenomenon in European Football Objective: The aim of this thesis is to identify the magnitude of home advantage in selected football leagues during the seasons before COVID-19 and in the 2020/21 season, and to determine whether the presence of spectators significantly influences HA. If confirmed, the study will also examine whether the number of spectators is a significant factor. Methods: The magnitude of HA is identified using the method of percentage home point success. To test the significance of the presence and number of spectators on HA, paired and unpaired two-sample t-tests are used, respectively. The normality of input data is verified using histograms and the Shapiro-Wilk test. Visualization of the dataset distribution is conducted using boxplots. Results: The results of all examined leagues collectively show a statistically significant decline in HA during the COVID-19 season compared to the ten-year pre- pandemic average. This finding indicates that the presence of spectators is very important for HA. The Optimalization of Regulation in Czech Professional Football

Title: Optimising regulations in Czech professional football Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the regulation of Czech professional football. Another objective was to create a comprehensive set of information on the possibilities of regulation in professional football. Methods: The research was conducted through a combination of comparison, descriptive analysis and in-depth interviews, with the object of interest being the governing bodies of Czech professional competitions and professional clubs playing in the Czech Republic. Results: The research has shown that the level of intervention of governing bodies in Czech football is close to the optimum, as at the moment no instrument has been reliably identified that would provide ideal conditions for the development of Czech football in its entire complex form. More activity should be directed by the FAČR to the area of effective control over youth football, as this is what it largely finances. On the other hand, the management of professional football in adult categories should continue to be of a liberal nature. Financial analysis of a selected tennis center

Title: Financial analysis of a selected tennis center Objectives: The main objective of the work is to perform a financial analysis and, according to the information found, to determine recommendations that will be used for the following years. Methods: For this thesis, quantitative data from the tennis facility's financial statements from 2018 to 2021 was used. Horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss, difference and ratio analysis was performed. Lastly, a bankruptcy model was calculated. Microsoft Excel was used to calculate and analyze the data. Results: The analysis confirmed that running a business in a sports environment is challenging. The results were particularly affected in 2020 and 2021, when the sports sector suffered from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The overall picture of the financial health of the selected tennis center was not encouraging, as the company reported losses in most of the indicators monitored. Game System of the Czech Squash Extra League

Title: Game System of the Czech Squash Extraleague Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose modifications to the game system of the Czech Squash Extraleague. The modifications should improve the organisation, raise the attractiveness, and increase the players' satisfaction with the competition. Methods: Electronic questioning, specifically Computer Assisted Web Interviewing method was used. It collected primary data for this work. A five-point Likert scale was used in the questionnaire to measure the opinions of the respondents. The second used method was document analysis, which examined secondary data in the form of competition regulations and documents issued by the Czech Squash Association. Results: Even though Czech Squash has been successful at the international level in recent years, the popularity of squash in the Czech Republic is declining. The most prestigious Czech squash league is not attractive. Through the research in this thesis was found that the players are unsatisfied with the current game system of the Czech Squash Extraleague. On the other hand, they were pleased with Mixed League system that was tested during the 2022/23 season and they agreed that it has the potential to become the main Czech squash competition in the future. Author: Vojtěch Martinec Title: Business planfor a football camp for children Goal: The main objective of the thesis is to create a business plan, which in the context of the analysis of the external and internal environment will serve as a basis for the creation of a new business strategy of the Broumov football school. Methods: In this thesis, qualitative research methods are used, which include a literature search on business plan development and business analysis. Several analyses were conducted to obtain sufficient data. Descriptive document and marketing mix analysis, financial analysis and PEST analysis were used. The information from these analyses was summarized and evaluated using SWOT analysis. Based on the outputs of these analyses, recommendations for adjusting the strategy were made. Results: The result of the work is the proposed recommendations that could lead to an increase in the number of customers. Other recommendations are suggestions that will help to increase the revenue generated from the business itself.
