Methodology of personal safety in emergencies

The diploma thesis "Methodology of human protection in emergencies at primary school" is focused on the practical teaching of pupils. It outlines the practice of dealing with possible extraordinary events according to the specific requirements of the Všetaty Primary School. In the theoretical part, inclusion of the given issue in education, legislation and detailed analysis of the framework educational program for basic education are presented. It is possible to divide extraordinary events and its further specification. Emergencies and general principles of behavior are established in the event of their occurrence. Population warning and alert, integrated rescue and emergency call lines are pointed out. First aid in involved in the conclusion. The research part describes a research survey which used various information sources, based the method of interview and analysis of theoretical documents. The main objective of the research is to find out which emergencies endanger the Všetaty region and to design the activities in the educational program in compliance in accordance with the found threads. Knowledge about reproductive health at stage 2 of the selected primary school

This master thesis focuses on the knowledge of reproductive health among middle schoolers in the targeted middle schools in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part of my work, I define the term of reproduction health, describe physiology of female and male genitals, disorders in reproductive health, and types of methods -natural invasive- offered by anticonception. Another part of my thesis concerns on reproductive health related to a prostitution, and a sexual abuse, and pregnancy impact on teenage girls' bodies during pubescence. I track the representation of teaching reproductive health in middle schools through RSVP and its main goals in certain areas and key competencies. The goal of my thesis was to map out the knowledge of reproductive health among the students who have been taught this knowledge through a class. As a research methodology, I used a survey that was distributed among middle schoolers in the sixth to eight grades. The results of my survey show that the eighth graders have the most amount of knowledge about reproductive health, but somehow still lower than one might expect. Organic Food Awareness of Grammar School Students

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on organic food and ecological agriculture problematics. The primary objective is to point out advantages and disadvantages of organic food and therefore, I mention comparison of organic and conventional food in the thesis. The practical part investigates attitudes and levels of knowledge of students of selected lyceums about organic food. The quantitative research (survey) was conducted at three lyceums in Prague. The statistical methods were used to verify the stated assumptions. While processing the survey I have learned that students struggle with the field of healthy nutrition than with the field of ecological agriculture and therefore, a proposal of healthy nutrition and organic food lecture has been chosen as the pedagogical output of the thesis. A tutoring presentation will focus on students of lyceums and its purpose will be to raise awareness about this problematic.

Healthy Lifestyle of Secondary Schools Youth in Teplice

The diploma thesis addresses the lifestyle of the high school students in Teplice; in particular their healthy lifestyle. In the theoretical part, basic information about a healthy lifestyle is summarized. At the same time, the lifestyle information is introduced, which relates to healthy diet, eating habits, fluid intake, motion activity and sleep. Furthermore, the determinants harmful to human health are introduced in this part; i.e. alcoholic beverages overconsumption, smoking or excessive mental strain. The practical part is aimed at mapping the major factors of the high school youth's lifestyle in Teplice and to ascertain whether the taught subject focused on health and healthy lifestyle influences the students and their attitude to a healthier lifestyle. I evaluated the questionnaire survey by means of self-made evaluation methods based on the healthy lifestyle principles. The reason was that none of the discovered methods for poll evaluation corresponded with my needs. The results are clearly arranged in the attached tables and demonstrated in the charts. Drinking regime as a part of a children and teenagers healthy lifestyle

This bachelor thesis examines drinking regime of elementary school pupils in Chrast, a small town in the Chrudim region. The paper is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part highlights the importance of water in the human body. It also deals with the nutrients and other usual drinks ingredients. Firstly, various kinds of drinks are described as well as their effect on the human body. Fruit, vegetables and soup, partly counted into drinking regime, are also dealt with. Secondly, the nutritional recommendations concerning the drinking regime within younger school age children, teenagers as well as children with nutritional resctrictions are examined. This part also deals with the drinks which children prefer, examining the reasons of their choice. The practical part is focused on the research which was applied with the pupils and the teachers of the Chrast elementary school. The data were gained through a questionnaire survey. The survey examines the main principles of drinking regime within the pupils, their opinions and ideas. It also monitors the teachers view of the proper and healthy drinking regime of their pupils. Integration opportunities of Health and Physical education in the curriculum of junior high schools

The thesis is focused on integration of Health and Physical education in the junior high school curriculum.The main objective is to find out the teachers' experiences and their opinions on the Health and PT education . And on the basis of the obtain information design, in line with the expected outcomes of the Framework of Educational Program, propose a training program for improving the Health and PT class education. In the theoretical part was analysed the common outputs and goals from the Educational Program for Basic Education updated in 2016 for these groups. Was also describes the psychomotor development of student at junior high schools based on science studiies. It identifies the way in which teachers in the field of didactics cooperate, and whether this cooperation is supported by the current curriculum. The practical part documents the course and results of qualitative research in schools with a low number of pupils and teachers in Vlašim school district. Thesis reveals the most common problems associated with teaching of Health education class, methods how teachers cooperationand, and shows the importance of teaching Health and PT education from the perspective of the teachers. The output of this thesis is make proposal of the Educational program which will link Health and PT.
