Environment for Master Orienteering Ranking Analysis

I accomplished analyse of potential formula schemes for veteran competitors ranking evaluation and I suggested their parameterisation. Next, I created an environment for the evaluation of veteran ranking that enables the competitors ranking calculation in accordance with the variables formulae that supports the proposed parameterisation and I, therefore, collected the results of orienteering races that were held in the last 4 years to get some data for the ranking evaluation. To display the calculated ranking I constructed a website. I computed the ranking of veteran orienteering competitors by use of selected formulae and then I suggested a modification of the Spearman correlation coefficient to prove the accuracy of each formula.

Prevalence of substance abuse for disabled

3 ABSTRACT: Subject matter: Prevalence of substance abuse for disabled (OZP) Goals: This thesis aims to assess an prevalence estimation of using addictive substances in population of disabled individuals by means of questionaire survey. Method: Existing literature sumarized up to date and essential teoretical knowledge such as addictive substances classification and terminology of drug abuse. An anonymous survey in form of electronical questionaire was disributed to the public via internet (on-line) through E-mails along with accompanying letter. Retrieving of OZP sub-popolution was carried out with the help of definition explaining the OZP status, besides the Snowball Sampling method was used as well. Afterwards all input information was processed electronically by means of statistical methods. Results: As for prelalence estimation in sub-population of disabled humans, an sufficient and representative enough sample was collected from 524 respondents. Estimations was carried out on the basis of survey and consequently verified in hypotheses. Judging by the results ordinary trends watched in common popullation was confirmed. The most frequently abused addictive substances in OZP sub- popullation are Cannabis sativa and ecstasy. The use of alcohol and tabac is in this group preffered as well. According to a...

(English version) Title: Elaboration of complex conception of a Triathlon ITU World Champ/Cup race. Objectives: Create an instruction manual how to organize a Triathlon ITU World Champ/Cup race. Methods: For reaching the objectives I chose a SWOT analysis and also interview as the proper methods. Results: The dissertation shows the possibilities how to organize an international sport event more effectively and brings a short instruction manual how to organize a similar sport event. Evoluation of efficiency at the level of anerobic threshold in swimming and running of young triathlets in 2001-2009

Title: Evaluation of efficiency at the level of anaerobic threshold in swimming and runnin of young thriathlonists in phase 2000 - 2009 Aim: To evaluate changes in individual efficiency at the level of anaerobic threshold in swimming and running of junior triathlonists in phase 2001 - 2009 and to compare the average efficiency at the level of anaerobic threshold in running and swimming of junior triathlonists 1994 - 2000 and 2001 - 2009. Methods: Lactate anaerobic threshold has been set for swimming and running in cross- country conditions by the help of evaluation of the lactate curve. Cross-coutry tests 5 x 2km run and 4 x 300m swimming have been used for finding of anaerobic threshold. The results of anaerobic threshold measurement in swimming are processed by Laboratory of sport FTVS at the Charles University in personal computer software Laktat - Test Ver. 6.0 + by ETB - SOFT use. Its author is Mr. Ernst Böck from Austria. The parameters at the level of anaerobic threshold have been statistically processed. NAME AND SURNAME: Tomáš Svoboda STUDY: Physical Education and Sport SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Josef Horčic, Ph.D. Title: Comparison of swimming training in a short triathlon and modern pentathlon Objective: The main objective of this work is to obtain a description of swimming training selected senior representatives of Czech Republic in the modern pentathlon and triathlon, and then describe the differences resulting from the comparison of these sports. Methods: First we get the necessary data based on personal interwiews about swimming training with the representatives of modern pentathlon and triathlon. The main method of qualitative research in this thesis will use case studies to follow a holistic analysis of all data. Comparing the results and describe possible differences between the all around. Results: The results of the work are the descriptions of individual athlete swimming training and integration within a combined training. Based on this description there are some areas of training among the triathlon and modern pentathlon as a distinct and appears suitable for detailed examination. DISSERTATION TITLE Evaluation of strain demands during spinning of chosen groups of fitness centre clients. GOALS The goal of this dissertation is the evaluation of strain demands during spinning, of chosen groups of fitness centre clients and the evaluation of fitness changes after a three-month interventional training program. METHOD This dissertation has been compiled in the form of experimental quantitative research. Research has been done in standard conditions with minimizing external influence (spinning hall). The chosen groups are clients from Marianske Lazne and Prague, who regularly visit spinning lessons 1 -2 times a week. RESULTS While evaluating the results of the measured group during the three-month interventional training, fitness of the individual measured groups showed recorded increases as well as decreases. Decreasing average cardiac rate, consequently increasing body fitness, was recorded for men. On the contrary for women, increasing average cardiac rate was recorded and consequently decreasing body fitness. MAPPING OF MATERIAL EQUIPMENT FOR TAKING PART IN COMPETETION OF WINTER TRIATHLON IN CZECH REPUBLIC Aims: Charakterize the term of winter triathlon. Report on comprehensive and well arranged characterization of material equipment for winter triathlon to public and point out specifics of equipment for winter conditions. Methods: Summarizing study based on method working with documents - content analysis of document. We proceeded from profesional literature in my work. Documentary and electronic documents with triathlon, cycling and cross-country skiing theme were used. Then we analyzed our own videodocument from Winter triathlon championship in the Czech Republic in 2009, which was organized in Vimperk. The observation was the last method. Results: They characterize winter triathlon, the present competitors and material equipment used in the sport. The influence of personality structure on the success in triatlon performance

Title: The influence of personality structure on the success in triatlon performance Aim: The main purpose of this thesis is to verify in the personal report if there are any differences in the basic physical personality structure among triatlonists and common population and also among triatlonists of single performance levels. Metod: For the collection of needed data it was used questionaire SPARO from the testing battery Diaros. Results were evaluated via special computing program. There were compared results of triatlonists with results of common population. There were also triatlonists separeted into three main performance groups and these were mutually compared as well. Results: Research shows there are statistically significant differences among triatlonists and common population. Triatlonists tend to dynamical interactions connected with a intensive mental energizing with a high situation excitement. They tend to go trough situation pension, they search for situation dynamic. There was also possible to observe statistically significant differences in some dimensions of personality structures among performance groups of triatlonists. Innovation of the Structure of Police Triathlon

Abstract Title: lnnovation of the Structure of Police Triathlon Aims: Aim of the thesis is to suggest a new structure of police triathlon including its scoring system and to create a model of annual training cycle for an individua! of the Police of the Czech Republic. Method: We have searched available literatura, rules, and other information sources relating to this topic. Through the method of critical analysis, we have evaluated the current state of the police triathlon races within the concept of the Police of the Czech Republic. Based on the data acquired by critical analysis and on information obtained from literary sources, we have suggested a new racing concept of police triathlon. Results: The new structure of police triathlon including its scoring system of evaluation was suggested in accordance with available literatura and by comparison of other multicontests.
