The aim of the thesis is to create a technical supportof asheep farm. It is the Netřebice collective farm dealing with the crop and livestock production. Currently it deals especially with the production of the cow?s milk, calves rearing and sale of small bulls in the area of the livestock production. The cooperative farm owns 3 grounds. One ground is situated in Chodeč community, it is the biggest producer of the milk and calves. Into the second ground in Milíkovice the calves from Chodeč are beeing transported which grow into adulthood. Small bulls are beeing sold. After reaching their adulthood the heifers return to Chodeč for milk production. The third ground in Dlouhá community was also used for the heifers rearing however by another agricultural society which was in the lease there.In 2010 the agricultural society in Dlouhá finished its heifers rearing and moved into another village. Therefore has the ground been empty and unused since 2010. That is why the collective farm decided to build a project for the new use of the premises for the extension of its livestock production with the sheep breeding based on my thesis. The project is going to focus on the reconstruction of the inner part of the building and the outside of the premises where important adjustments considering both mechanical, construction and technological matters for the sheep breeding are going to be implemented. In conclusion the economic balance of the entire suggestion is going to be built and the total number of pieces of the sheep to stable them in the sheepfold is going to be calculated.

The Theory of Business Cycle and Financial Crisis by J.A.Schumpeter's and H.P.Minsky's Theories

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business cycle model through the medium of J.A.Schumpeter's and H.P.Minsky's alternative theories. The introduction is dedicated to theoretical and methodological starting-points and basic characteristics, that are essential for business cycles. Moreover in the first chapter, there will be constructed a business cycle model based chiefly on innovational doctrines "Financial Instability Hypothesis" by Hyman Minsky and Schumpeterian waves. In second chapter, this model will be applied to selected economic crises, in particular Great Depression of the 1930's, Savings and Loans Crisis of 1980's, Japanese crisis and contemporary crisis having roots in USA. Studying these cases, we will attemt to define common characteristics of particular sections of business cycles. The last chapter will be dedicated to evaluation and conclusions that had been made throught the thesis.

Subprime crisis and behaviour of central banks in reaction to this crisis

This essay deals with emergence, collapse and concequences of the credit crisis called subprime crisis culminating in the August of 2007. There are J.A. Schumpeter's economic theories used in this work that are relevant to discuss the beginning and developement of this crisis. As importat of these theories I consider the theory of business cycle which may be applied to Great Depression from the Thirties of Twentieth Century. At the beginning of this thesis I am focusing on the theory of endogenous money as a fundament for financial crisis analyse. Further I argue about the behaviour of bankers changing within the business cycle. I describe the behaviour of Federal Reserve officials over the course of the subprime crisis and subsequently the response of the central banks to the crisis. Finally I deal with the Minsky's perspective on the credit crunch.

Monitoring and analysis of individual periods of a business cycle dealing with relevant macroeconomical indicators in the Czech Republic

My bachelor work describes some empirical aspects of the problems of a business cycle. I am focused on monitoring, description and analysis of individual periods of a business cycle. Dealing with it I use some relevant macroeconomical indicators, which can have a role of detectors of cyclical changes in the economy of a particular country. First I describe and analyse the reasons of fluctuation of economical activity in form of supply and demand shocks. The fundamental indicator is a real production, approximative GDP, the rate of inflation, nominal interest rate and the deficit of a state budget. To show the fluctulation of economical activities more deeply I chose the Czech Republic from the year 1993. I am specially focused on the period when the Czech Republic was preparing for the entrance into EU. There is also descibed the context of stimulation demand of economics and its effect on former process of a business cycle.

Řízení úvěrového rizika a hospodářský cyklus

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je vztah mezi hospodářskými cykly a chováním bank při poskytování úvěrů, popsaný Schumpeterovou a Minského teorií hospodářského cyklu. Hospodářský cyklus je způsoben investičním optimismem podnikatelů a následnou úvěrovou expanzí bank. Banky pod vlivem všeobecného optimismu postupně přestávají plnit pravidla řízení úvěrového rizika při poskytování půjček. Úvěr tak získávají stále více rizikovější klienti, kteří pravděpodobně nebudou schopni svůj dluh splatit, což se projeví na konci fáze expanze. V důsledku problému se splácením úvěrů nastane prudký pokles postihující nejen banky ale i zdravé firmy. Příkladem takové situace je hypoteční krize ve Spojených státech.

Úverové riziko a hospodársky cyklus

Fungovanie ekonomiky a peňažný systém sú dva prejavy jednej veci. Vznik a zánik peňazí sa deje v bankovom systéme prostredníctvom poskytovania a splácania úveru, čo je základom teórie endogénnych peňazí. V tejto bakalárskej práci je tak najrpv vymedzená základá myšlienka, že peniaze sú úverom a ničím iným len úverom. Ďalej sa prevažne zaoberá problematikou úverového rizika. Bankový sektor na celom svete čelí rastúcej potrebe uskutočniť moderné praktiky v oblasti riadenia úverového rizika. Bankovníctvo bolo už navyše dlho považované za procyklickú záležitosť a na tieto aspekty a na vzťah úverového rizika a hospodárskeho cyklu je bližšie poukázané i v tejto práci. Základy týchto rizík sú blízko spojené s hospodárskymi cyklami a zdravie banky súvisí s ekonomickými podmienkami, pod ktorými banka funguje. Ťažkostiam, ktorým musia banky a ich poradcovia čeliť je presné určovanie ako sa úroveň úverového rizika mení s vyvíjajúcim sa makroekonomickým stavom. Vývoje vo finančnom systéme môžu zosilniť kolísanie makroekonomických ukazovateľov a podložiť základ rozsiahlej finančnej nestability.

Endogenita peňazí v dielach anglických ekonómov prvej polovice 20. storočia

Bakalárska práca je venovaná podstate peňazí. V prvej časti vyjadruje teoretickú definíciu peňazí, funkcie peňazí a peňažné formy. V druhej časti približuje úverovú teóriu peňazí. Práca prostredníctvom rozborov diel anglických ekonómov 1. polovice 20. storočia (R. G. Hawtreya, D. H. Roberstona, R. McKenna, H. Withersa) popisuje úver, ako určitú formu peňazí v bežnom živote a v bankovej sfére. Posledná kapitola je zameraná na práce ďalšieho ekonóma 1. polovice 20. storočia ? J. R. Hicksa, ktoré sa venujú jeho modelu všeobecnej rovnováhy (IS-LM model), Hicksovmu názoru na model všeobecnej rovnováhy J. M. Keynesa a na prácu R. G. Hawtreya.
