The Readiness of the Project of Sheltered Housing at Vlčkovice Farm for Getting the Grant of Human Resource and Employment Operational Programme

The aim of the bachelor work is to find the most suitable programme of European Social Fund for the project of sheltered housing service at Vlčkovice farm. The farm is located in Vlčkovice village in Middle Bohemian region. The work should describe a suitable EU programme and prove the eligibility of the chosen programme for the intention of sheltered housing project. The work also deals with the readiness of the project to raise money from the Human Resource and Employment Operational Programme of European Social Fund. This programme is the most compatible with the project of sheltered housing service at Vlčkovice farm. The practical part of the work is focused on the risks and obstacles which could obstruct raising money from the European programme. The work should lead to the statement confirming the propriety of the programme for funding of the project of sheltered housing service and also the readiness of the project. The objective of this Bachelor's Thesis is to describe integrated transport systém in the Central Bohemia Region, Kladno district. Special attention will be given to the Central Bohemian integrated transport systém. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are explained basic terms and principles of integrated transport systems and public transport. The practical part focuses on area of Kladno district the and local dominant transport company CSAD MHD Kladno a.s., to its activities, especially in the Central Bohemian integrated transport systém.

Gambling Industry in The Czech Republic

This thesis engages in discribing Czech gambling law and it's recent development in preparing a very new gambling act. The goal of this diploma thesis is to point out at the biggest problems of so far existing gambling act and at what way they should be dealt in the new one. I use two main economic theories to explain reasons of issuing new act. The first one is The Theory of Interest Groups and the other one is Theory of Public Interest which are applied at the case of Czech Republic. Next goal of this thesis is an analysis of popularity of all gambles according to sum of money gambled and money paid back. I also describe a historic development of gambles and it's regulation and show that the ability to innovate new ways to evade the law had very often no limits and the regularors have never been able to make up a clear set of rules that would be unavoidable.

JE HRÁČSTVÍ PŘÍNOSEM NEBO ÚJMOU SPOLEČNOSTI?

V mé práci se pokusím zmapovat postavení ČR ve světě gamblingu neboli hráčství a vysvětlit, jakými nástroji je tento trh zde regulován, jak silně a zvláště pak z jakých důvodů. Budu hledat zároveň odpovědi na otázky týkající se přínosu či možné újmy způsobené závislostí na hraní, a to nejen pro samotného jednotlivce, ale i pro společnost jako celek a pro stát, který jako nejvyšší autorita do tohoto trhu zasahuje. Z hlediska zmíněné regulace se budu zabývat vztahem státu a firem provozujících zejména herny a kasina a proč stát nedá volný průchod tomuto způsobu podnikání tak, jako tomu je u mnohých jiných. Jestliže se stát zapojuje svým jednáním do tohoto trhu, povoluje, zakazuje a přikazuje co se dělat smí a co ne, přičemž udává i důvody svého jednání, je potom tato regulace účinná, nebo jen zbytečně ukládá podmínky, jejichž splnění nemá v praxi žádný význam? Z ekonomického hlediska budu zkoumat vliv regulací na přístup nových firem do odvětví kasin a heren, sílu konkurence, jejich přizpůsobivost na změny a jaké přínosy má tato regulace pro stát.
