Economic analysis of the biogas plant

Bachelor thesis Economic Analysis of a biogas plant deals with the evaluation of investments in the biogas plant in Velké Chvojno. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part, which is supplemented by discussions. The first part is a literature review, which deals with history, the composition and process of biogas production. The following describes the main components of a biogas plant and its economy. The last part of literature review is devoted to methods of evaluating investments. In the practical part, at first, the biogas plant in the Velké Chvojno is described. It describes how to create a table of cash flow and income and expenses of the biogas plant are characterized. Subsequently, an assessment of the cost structure of a biogas plant is made, attention is also paid to the structure of raw materials both in terms of cost and weight proportion. Furthermore, a calculation of net present value, internal rate of return and discounted payback period. Among the methods which do not include the time value of money is calculated using the method of simple payback return. The last part, discussion, evaluates the acquired calculations and includes herein a draft for improvement.

Analysis of the financial management of the selected municipality

This study deals with an analysis of the financial management of the town of Holín. The analysis describes the economy of this municipality from 2010 to 2014. The goal of the financial analysis is to find the potential for improvement of the municipalitys economy. The study consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The goal of the theoretical part is to define the main terms connected with the economy of an authority. These terms include public administration, municipality, municipal authorities, a property of a municipality, a budget and the costs and revenues connected with it.
The theoretical part moves straight on to the practical part, which aims to evaluate the revenue and cost components of the municipalitys economy in individual years of the given period. Using graphical displays and selected economic indicators, it carries out an analysis that results in an evaluation of the municipalitys economy and a consequent suggestion for improvement.
The conclusion of this study takes the form of a full summary of the municipalityss economy based on the analysis and an assessment judging whether the municipality has managed its finances well.

Financial Analysis of Selected Municipality

The thesis focuses on management of the municipality Odřepsy in years 2010 until 2014. The target of the thesis is the analysis of the incomes and expenditures
of the particular municipality and then proposes a motion to make the management better.
The thesis is consisted in two parts, specifically in the theoretical and practical.
In the theoretical part is more detailed researched a characteristic of a municipality, its functions and bodies. There is also described a characteristic of the territorial budgets, budget prospect, budget process including budget principles and budget structure, which is then followed by a description of incomes, expenditures and financing, which is closely related to the budget structure. The last characteristic, which deals with a theoretical part, is a description of the financial analysis including selected methods and indicators.
The theoretical part is followed by a practical part. In which is characterized
the Odřepsy municipality. There are compared budgets and also incomes a expenditures for the whole observed period. Finally, the practical part includes selected financial indicators, which are evaluated according to municipal management.

The financial analysis of selected company

Bachelor thesis Financial analysis of the selected company BEST COFFEE s.r.o. focuses on processing financial analysis of the companie involved in the operation of the coffee chain on the Czech market. The work is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part is developed to describe the sheer importance of financial analysis and methods for its application, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of absolute, differential, financial rations and system indicators. Using these findings, drawn from the literature review, is in the second part of this study developed a practical part of financial analysis applied to the data available from the Company's financial statements for the period in 2010-2014. Based on the resulting economic values is then performed to assess the financial situation of the company BEST COFFEE s.r.o .. In the end, there are contained suggested recommendations that should inspire the company management and lead to an improvement in the overall financial-economic status.

Comparison of budget of municipalities with extended competence

This bachelor work Comparison of budgets of municipalites with extended competence deals with the analysis of economy of the villages with extended powers near Rychnov upon Kněžná and Kostelec upon Orlice in the time of 2010 to 2015. Both towns are situated close to each other in the Královehradecký region in the territory of the former Rychnov on Kněžná district.
The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical one contains the analysis of the basic concepts, describes legislation and legal framework associated with village economy. In the second one, practical part, both towns are briefly introduced and in detail their incomes, expenses, municipal financing compared each other and in conclusion I analyze the development of the level of total indebtedness and per capita. The source of information mentioned in the practical part of my work come from the Internet and the internal documents are provided by the Finance Department of both towns.
The result of my work is with the application of the methods of financial analyses evaluation of both towns economy, the state of the debt and self sufficiency.

Employment of persons with impaired ability to work

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the reader to the subject of employment of persons with disabilities in Czech Republic. Its highly important to find reachable work position for disabled a disadvantaged people. Furthermore, the position must be suitable for each of their own special handicap. This work consists of two main parts. Study of literature and Custom work.
The first part will contain the existing rules on the subject. It will further introduce the active politics of employment of the state and creating and filling protected work spots. Readers will then be explained the concepts and issues of employment of handicapped people.
Own work or practical part will be focused on integration of disadvantaged people and people with disabilities into structure of specific anonymous company from Czech Republic. It will further include basic financial analysis and company outputs.

Impact of student mobilities on employment

The main aim of this thesis is to provide opinions from students and companies about student mobilities and their possible impact on employment and compare if they match. The diploma thesis is also trying to find out if experience with studying abroad influence employability and how.
The thesis compounds of theoretical and practical part. First part research the background and development of student mobilities, especially the Erasmus scheme in European Union and provide information about other mobility programmes and the reasons for and against studying abroad. Second part focus on qualitative research among selected companies and quantitative research among students about student mobilities and their impact on employment.
The results of the thesis provide information about relationship between studying abroad and future career prospects and can serve as an overview for students who are deciding whether to go study abroad or not as well for employers to have better awareness about their possible candidates´ expectations. The own research found that Czech students gain during the stay abroad valuable experience which can enhance their career prospects, however, there are some differences according to country where student went abroad to.

Marketing Strategy of Companies on the Market of Mobile Operators in the Czech Republic

This Bachelor's thesis compares marketing strategies of three major mobile operators on the Czech market. The aim of this thesis is first to define particularities and critical success factors of a marketing strategy on the market of mobile operators in the Czech Republic. Secondly, to compare marketing strategies of Vodafone Czech Republic, a. s., T-Mobile Czech Republic, a. s. and Telefónica Czech Republic, a. s. based on the analysis of their current marketing strategies and the questionnaire survey. And thirdly, to design an optimal marketing strategy for the current market of mobile operators. The theoretical part covers the concept of marketing, marketing environment and its factors and forces. In addition, the marketing management, different types of marketing situation analysis and a strategic marketing are described. Furthermore, the services marketing is defined. The practical part compares three mobile operators with a special focus on their product, price and promotion strategy. A brand perception, an effect of advertising campaigns and customers' loyalty and satisfaction is contrasted. The outcome of the comparison is the ranking of marketing strategies. The optimal marketing strategy for the market of mobile operators in Czech Republic is proposed in the end.
