5 ABSTRACT: This bachelor's thesis deals with the success conception of kindergarten headmistresses. The thesis is based on related publications and results of a questionnaire survey. The target of this thesis is to define differences between success conceptions of kindergarten headmistresses depending on the length of their manager's practice. The target is split into two subtargets. Subtarget one is to define the idea of success conception, i.e. to define success criteria of kindergarten headmistresses and select the significant ones, which will be further examined by a survey tool. Subtarget two is to find out, if there are differences in success conceptions of kindergarten headmistresses depending on the length of their manager's practice and what criteria do they concern. This thesis has proven presence of differences in success criteria depending on the length of the manager's practice. This thesis did not determine reasons of these differences. The conclusions of this bachelor's thesis can serve as a starting point of future studies concerning issues of success conceptions of kindergarten headmistresses. The Specifics of Interrogation of the Elderly Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of interrogation of elderly. The thesis analyzes the general theory of interrogation, specifics of interrogation of elderly and requirements placed on interrogators in this kind of interrogation and with the help of members of the Police of the Czech Republic through semi-structured interview and questionnaire gives an insight to the interrogation of elderly in practice. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the specifics of the interrogation of elderly and to verify what the actual interrogation practice is and if theoretical recommendations and guidelines for conducting the interrogation of the elderly are followed. The first part of the thesis deals with the general theory of interrogation and its characteristics from the perspective of criminal law, criminalistics and forensic psychology. The second part of the thesis deals with the old age, aging process and above all the changes that occur as a result of old age and with which the interrogator may encounter during the interrogation. Climate change and related species shift in algal and cyanobacterial communities.

Therefore, species are expected to move towards the poles in response to shifting climate ones. This warming trend also includes the establishment of tropical algae in temperate systems of the Northern Hemisphere. Numerous tropical and subtropical species of microalgae have been reported in the last decades in the continental waters of Europe. The aims of the Bachelor thesis are to summarize articles concerning changes in diversity and dynamics focused on algae and blue-green algae in temperate water bodies. Several hypotheses about the origin, modes of distribution and the ability of microorganisms to overcome stressful condition during the transportation are also discussed in this work.
