This thesis deals with design and construction of micromanipulator based on pantographic mechanism with electronic control. The theoretical part presents possible principles of construction and control of micromanipulators. The practical part contains design of the pantographic mechanism. Furthermore, stepper motor based electrical drive section was designed and appropriate control circuits and power supply were selected. Finally, the micromanipulator was constructed.

Title: The Specifics of the Volunteer Motivation in Work with Severely Visually Impaired Persons Objective: The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to use a questionnaire to find out the motivation and reasons for volunteering among visually impaired clients in the Okamžik organization. The theoretical part will compare the relevant results of the research so far in the Czech environment. The practical part will try to understand and explain possible differences and unexplained problems, focusing on the dynamics of volunteer motivation and its specifics in working with people with severe visual impairment. Methods: The research method will be a combination of questionnaire and qualitative analysis of collected data. The created questionnaire will be distributed among volunteers from the Okamžik organization. Grounded theory appears to be a suitable method for qualitative analysis. Results: The goal of this research was to ain on motives of voluntires from Okamžik organisation and them categorized motives. Women are partticipating more often than men. The most common age of volunteers was 46-55. Main motivation for participation as volunteers was effort to help others. Respondents appreciate profesionality of Okamžik organization. This work deals with design of micromanipulator based on pantographic mechanism with electronic control. The main purpose of this micromanipulator is repairing printed circuit boards, but it has been designed to be universal for any use case. The main focus is on creating device that will have the highest possible accuracy, while still being able to provide necessary force to carry out mechanical repairs of printed circuit boards. The work contains the design of the pantographic mechanism, stepper motor based electrical drive section and control circuits with power supplies.

The thesis deals with the issue of the independence of people with intellectual disabilities from parents. The aim of the thesis is to map the way of adulthood of people with intellectual disabilities in the context of the life story from the point of view of their mothers, including perspectives and prospects for the future. The thesis tries to answer the question: Why do parents postpone the planning and realization of their children's independence to their late age? The central theme how parents deal with the consequences of their children's intellectual disabilities throughout their lives and the confrontation of hope and reality in the field of self-esteem, human relationships and partnerships of intelectuall disabled people. The research method is the analysis of life curves and interviews with the use of grounded theory. The work compares a group of mothers of persons with moderate intellectual disabilities and a group of mothers of persons with mild intellectual disabilities. The results show qualitative differences in the problems of both groups. In the case of mothers of persons with moderate intellectual disabilities, there is a dilemma about protected housing, in the case of the mothers of person with mild intellectual disabilities, there is a dilemma about the child's partnership. The research report is the next output of project NEMENUS. It is concerned with the international context of the use of SHM for Nuclear Power Plants life extension, and for Small Modular Reactors. The concept of nuclear SHM was discussed with Idaho National Laboratories, with the R6 panel, with South Korean universities, and with the Swedish and Finish nuclear safety state offices.
