Radiotherapy planning
Běťák, Ondřej ; Janoušek, Oto (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
The thesis is dealing with usage of ionizing radiation in radiotherapeutical treatment and designs demonstrative function for modelling the final radiation field in Matlab. The fundamentals is based on Leksell gamma knife . Leksell gamma knife uses 201 sources a it’s purpose is to treat tumours in brain tissue. The sources are placed static. In demonstrative function are 8 sources instead of 201 and there is 2D exposuring. The sources are equalized in defined coordinates in matrix 100x100. In demonstrative function is possible to set the number of activated sources, it’s beam width in isocentre and indirectly the angle of rotation of sources.
Electrocardiogram processing
Miščík, Peter ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is electrocardiogram (ECG) processing using LabView. The main part of a program for processing the ECG, particular suppressing various noises and detection R-peaks, is created in LabView environment. Used components and realization of individual parts of program are described in manual, achieved results are shown in pictures.
Therapeutic game with biofeedback for rehabilitation of the lower limbs
Kubínová, Kateřina ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Koťová, Markéta (advisor)
Thesis focuses on problematis of using Kinect sensor in rehabilitation of knee joint. Relative new method of rehabilitation via biofeedback produced by Kinect One for Window motion sensor delivers number of benefits to patient. Part of thesis is therapeutic game developed in C#.
Measurement of biosignals with usage of Biopac system
Rageh, Akram ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
This work describes a brief overview of measurement of Electroencephalography (EEG), Electromyography (EMG), Electrooculography (EOG), Electrocardiography (ECG) and theirs usage. Subsequently is described how these biosignals can be measured with Biopac system. The measurement of electrocardiography is described in detail, including ECG curve description, Biopac measurement system and R-R intervals analysis based on measurement of group of volunteers.
Radiotherapy planning
Požár, Pavel ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis deals with analysis of characteristics of ionising radiation. The equipments used for irradiation of pathologic findings are described. The thesis contains particular stages of planning algorithm with list of individual actions. Practical part contains a description of application made for irradiation simulation which includes brief explanation of working procedure with program. It also contains a description of individual functions of this application.
Non-contact measurement and analysis of vital signs
Kolářová, Jana ; Mézl, Martin (referee) ; Odstrčilík, Jan (advisor)
The theme of this barchelor´s thesis is to process the video record of a human face to detect vital parameters - heart rate, respiratory rate were chosen. The purpose is a contactless and painless method to determine these parameters, both for the simpler gain of these data in newborns and more natural values without the influence of any subconscious fear of the devices. Or as a method of verifying work ergonomics, workplace stress, depending on the regularity of the rhythms of these parameters. The solution has been focused on testing its function and accuracy under various acquisition conditions, and has been able to reliably verify its reliability under defined scanning conditions.
Evolution algorithms for ultrasound perfusion analysis
Kolářová, Jana ; Odstrčilík, Jan (referee) ; Mézl, Martin (advisor)
This master´s thesis is focused on the application of evolutionary algorithms for interleaving data obtained by ultrasound scanning of tissue. The interleaved curve serves to estimate perfusion parameters, thus allowing to detect possible pathophysiology in the scanned area. The theoretical introduction is devoted to perfusion and its parameters, contrast agents for ultrasonic application, ultrasonic modality scanning, optimization, evolutionary algorithms in general and two selected evolutionary algorithms - genetic algorithm and bee algorithm. These algorithms were tested on noisy data obtained from clinical images of mice with tumor. The final part summarizes the results of the practical part and provides suggestions and recommendations for further possible development.
QT interval measurement in electrograms
Ondráček, Vladimír ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on determination of the QT interval in ECG. The thoretical part desribes physiology of the heart, electronic activity of the heart and possible methods of ECG measurement. The theoretical part also describes methods of signal processing, the processed signal is then used for determination of the QT interval. The practical part focuses on two chosen methods of QT interval determination and on implementation of the methods in a computer program. The results part is evaluation of measured QT intervals and a comparision of the results with reference values.
STUDY OF CHANGES OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS IN ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS
Vlachová Hutová, Eliška ; Král, Bohumil (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Bartušek, Karel (advisor)
Presented dissertation discusses the influence of electromagnetic fields on the weight of the particles, which are considered in this work as substances with the hub. Theoretical knowledge was practically tested on plant organisms (early somatic embryos, fungal pathogens), theoretically the influence of electromagnetic field on cell structure was modeled. It was subsequently confirmed by a practical experiment assumption about the influence of electromagnetic fields on the weight of the particles. These experiments were preceded by a theoretical study of the problem and the formulation of a solution using Maxwell's equations, from which other descriptive equations and formulas were derived. The results of the experiments were presented at several professional conferences and published in professional journals and proceedings.
Shortwave diathermy
Faltýnková, Květoslava ; Hejč, Jakub (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with high-frequency heating of tissues and the influence of electromagnetic fields on living tissue. Describes the capacitive and inductive method, which are compared by calculating. The goal is to create an application for simulation of vysokofrekvečního heating of tissues in MATLAB. The application includes four models. The output of the work are simulated waveforms of the intensities and heats the tissues.
