The aim of this thesis is editorial treatment of Memoirs, which was written by Karel Kojecký in the 1950s-1970s. Part of the thesis will be in addition to editorial note also linguistic and stylistic analysis of the text. Author of Memoirs comes from Kroměřížsko, the analysis will therefore also include the characteristics of the dialect, which he uses in the book.

Editorial treatment of song lyrics by Karel Kryl and Jaromír Nohavica

This thesis concentrates on differences between editorial treatments of selected song lyrics, whose authors and performers are Karel Kryl and Jaromír Nohavica. It deals with changes of the same lyrics in different editions and unifying linguistic tendencies of editions. Thesis studies if there are typical differences between editorial treatments of song lyrics in booklets, book editions and hymnals. Attention will be payed also to specific editorial treatment of song lyrics.
