Rating Model for the Internal Assessment of the Creditworthiness of Customers

The object of the following Diploma thesis was to design and test a simple and well-arranged credit tool – a Rating Model (further Model) which could be used as a preventative measure in credit policy. This rating model was designed in order to make the work of the Credit Risk Management sub-department and Rating Committee of KORADO more effective and at the same time to make more effective use of currently available internal and external data. Should the Company decide to use this Rating Model, a minimum of additional expenses would be incurred. The reader of this work will gain theoretical knowledge regarding financial analysis, credit management and fuzzy logic which is used in the calculation of a Total Rating. He/she will become acquainted with the major external agencies providing rating evaluations. As well, the reader may apprise the theoretical Rating model, including its practical use on four domestic and four overseas customers of KORADO. In conclusion there is an implementation of the Model, including a time schedule, an implementation team proposal as well as a budget of implementation and utilization costs.

This bachelor's thesis configures an intracompany costing system in a cost management and analyzes in detail the budget necessary to fullfil an order for the reconstruction of a three story residential building in a year 2008. The aim of this paper is to propose a costing formula and to create an adequate price of the order along with possible ideas for optimization.

The last part is based on previous and it is suggested for improvement in solution of the environment.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on measurement and evaluation of the financial performance of the selected company ABC s.r.o. through years 2015-2019. The first, theoretical part defines financial analysis, the sources of information for its execution, as well as the methods used in the financial analysis. In the second, practical part, the financial analysis is carried out based on methods and principles defined in theoretical part. In the third part are presented possible solutions to identified problems.

The diploma thesis focuses on the management of the environmental system in a selected company. The thesis specifies the theoretical requirements concerning the environmental management system and the ČSN ISO 14 001 standard. It contains an established system in the company, it´s use and environmental management within the company. The conclusion of the thesis is to detect the shortcomings of the established system and to propose remedial measures reparation the environmental deficiencies.

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economy of Karviná Town between the years 2011 and 2015. The thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part contains theoretical information about municipalities and their budgets. The second part consists of basic information about Karviná and evaluation of their financial situation – especially the incomes and expenses. The third part contains my suggestions how to make the financial situation of this town better.

It analyses the company’s developement in years 2006 – 2009 by the traditional financial indicators and the modern method of economic value added. Based on recognized facts I suggest measures that will help in performance increase of this company.
