BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Author: Veronika Knapová Supervizor: Mgr. Klára Novotná, Ph.D. Title: Physiotherapy in people with multiple sclerosis with higher neurological disability Abstract: The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with severe disabilitiy focusing on postural and respiratory functions. The theoretical part gives a comprehensive overview of the problematics of this disease. Great emphasis is placed on the possibilities of rehabilitaion care in MS, especially in patients with severe neurological deficit and the importance of the interdisciplinary team. Furthermore, there is a chapter devoted to respiratory physiotherapy and basic terms in the postural system, on which procedures used in a practical part are focused. In the practical part I focus on the description of case reports of 4 patients with MS with severe neurological deficit according to the Expanded disability status scale 7.0 and more. Each patient underwent 6 individual home therapies. The therapies were focused mainly on influencing respiratory and postural functions. Membership in churches and religious societies in the Czech Republic

The author deals with the question of the church legal regulation of membership of every Church registered in the Czech Republic under current law by the end of the year 2007. The author used current church legal regulations and abstracted the membership from given angles such as the conditions necessary to become a Church member, the rights and obligations of the Church members in particular in the area of the Church self-government, belonging to a congregation, membership with full rights and without full rights, the church surveillence, and anticipated modalities of the membership termination throughout the members live. The outcome of the work generally summarizes membership criterias common to all Churches registered in the Czech Republic and lists potentiallities of every examined aspect of the church memberhip. Monitoring Conditions for Physical Activity Utilization on the Medical Program at the Detoxification Ward

Title: The Monitoring OfCondition For Motion Activites Utilization In The Terms OfThe Medical Program At The Detoxification Ward The aim of a work: The aim of this diploma work is the monitoring of rnotion activities utilization at the rnedical procedure and the determination of physical ability level of patients curing at the detoxification ward in the General Teaching Hospital in Apolinářská street. The methodology of a work: By the aim of this diploma work we have chosen the following work's methods: the controlled interview, the questionnaire and the kinetic tests. Because of the motion activities monitoring we have used the following instuments of the pedagogical research: the controlled interview and the non-standardized questionnaire containing seven closed and three non-closed questions. We have taken advantage of the personal statement of the motion activities implementor. The kinetic test we have applied for the determination of physical ability level ofpatients in the four test days. The results of a work: The motion exercises make a part of the daily program at the detoxification. The physical exercises have positive effect on the physical condition of patients addicted to alcohol and also on their mental condition.
