Ground rules used in child interviews
Knapová, Karolína ; Brousilová, Klára (advisor) ; Gillernová, Ilona (referee)
This bachelor's thesis introduces the so-called ground rules used in child interviews and the main documents that contain ground rules. There is not much literature regarding this domain in the context of the Czech Republic, so the text covers mainly foreign resources. The theoretical section focuses on the explanation of the principle of ground rules, it describes each of the ground rules, key protocols, and related research results. It also includes a chapter regarding the basics of communication with a child, including many examples. The empirical section introduces a research proposal that aims to describe the effect of ground rules practice by children of lower school age. In particular, whether the practice consequently leads to their more frequent use by the child. The contribution of the research would be empirically supported knowledge of how children practically use ground rules when educated or trained. Furthermore, it will be the first research of this type in the Czech Republic, which would bring closer look at this issue in the Czech environment.
