Child with ADHD in the Children's Home

The bachelor's thesis " Child with ADHD in the Children's Home" aims to find out what experiences children's home workers have with children who have been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The work consists of two parts - practical and theoretical. The theoretical part describes the causes of the disorder, diagnostic criteria and treatment of ADHD syndrome. Besides that, the thesis describes the basic and also the associated syndromes of the disorder. In the conclusion of the theoretical part are described the facilities for institutional and protective education. The practical part consists of the semi-structured interviews with children's home workers and observation. The obtained data are analyzed with the "card layout" method.

Preliminary ruling in civil proceedings

This thesis revolves around one of the secure institutions of the Czech civil procedural law which provides the settlement of legal relations on a temporary basis or ensures the possibility of realization of an execution of judgement. The goal of this thesis is to demonstrate a complete summary of Czech legal regulation of a preliminary ruling in a civil proceedings, which can be used in situations that renders immediate solutions necessary and is impossible to hold back until the decision on merits.The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first chapter explicates the preliminary ruling as the civil prodecural law institute and demonstrates the various types of preliminary ruling. The conclusion of this chapter highlights the legal nature of this institute which includes preliminar and temporal settlement of a legal relations between parties to an action. The second chapter briefly outlines the history of the preliminary ruling in Czech legislation. Chapter three, the most important part of the thesis, is concerned with the general preliminary ruling. The structure of this chapter respects the system of a legal provisions contained in Civil Procedure Rules. The third chapter is subdivided into thirteen subchapters. Independent theatre in Prague and importance for the Czech culture

This thesis deals with the subject of independent theatre in Prague. Its aim is to present the current representative of the Prague independent theatre operators in the cultural centres as well as between performing arts organizations. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of entities operating in this sector. Within the practical part one selected artistic entity is analysed in detail in terms of its repertoire and financing. Further, one of its major projects is also being analysed. In conclusion, the issue is even more insight in today's society through the lens of the processed survey. Labour aims to map the situation in today's theatre scene and the chosen example to present the possibilities and limitations with which operators may face.

Elite and mass culture in the theatre, examples of productions and market segmentation in Prague

The Bachelor thesis addresses the subject of elite and mass culture in the theater. From theoretical and practical points of view, it tries to affect the main differences between the two cultural forms referenced herein. Based on theoretical findings, outlined in part one, the particular representatives of Prague theaters, their repertoire and attendance are then practically analyzed. In conclusion, the whole issue is also analyzed through the questionnaires concerning the preferences of today's society. This thesis aims to assess the situation generally in today's theater scene in Prague -- whether contemporary performing arts can be divided according to elite and mass culture and whether its distribution plays a role in the preferences of audience.
