Households' saving in the Czech Republic within framework of life-cycle hypothesis
Keilová, Marie ; Schneider, Ondřej (advisor) ; Cahlík, Tomáš (referee)
I analyze saving in Czech Republic from microeconomic view as a saving behaviour of households. I analyze data of "family accounts" from year 2002 in order to be able to compare the results with Life- cycle Hypothesis. Main objective was to find out whether the households after retirement and very young households behave according to the implications of the "basic" Life-cycle Hypothesis. The result of this analyse finds households' behaviour non-compliant with this theory. I made an attempt to find the reasons for these differences. I suggest that saving behaviour of households is affected by strong bequest motive of elderly and some results indicate influence of liquidity constrains and precautionary motive of saving by very young households. Before the end I draw picture of basic structure of households saving. As these data are mostly not possible to derive from family accounts I use overview from Ministry of Finance and Czech National Bank. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Extraocular Muscles - Clinical Significance and Possibilities of Treatment of the Extraocular Muscles
Vacková, Petra ; Bitnar, Petr (advisor) ; Keilová, Marie (referee)
A human has available for eye movements six extraocular muscles of which function is to ensure the right position of eyes to meet conditions for binocular seeing. This bachelor thesis is carried out in the form of research with a focus on extraocular muscles, their clinical meaning for physiotherapeutic practices and possibilities to influence them in non-pharmaceutical ways. The general part describes anatomy of extraocular muscles and relevant structures including the main differences by which they differ from the other striated muscles. The chapter about the eye kinematics divides the eye movements according to functional and kinesiological criteria. Also you can find here the laws by which the movements are controlled. The special part presents displays of various pathologies involving extraocular muscles and their clinical consequences. Here you can find some information about common vision problems andt their relations with extraocuar muscles. The extra chapter is the problem of the relationship between extraocular muscles and cephalea. Moreover, these part presents the possibilities of non-pharmaceutical treatment of the extraocular muscles dysfunctions by using muscle trigger points release techniques, yoga techniques or Bates methode. You can find the case interpretations of two patients...

Bibliographic identification KEILOVÁ, Marie. Treatment of anal incontinence with PC biofeedback therapy. Prague: Charles University, 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Department of rehabilitation and sport medicine, 2013, 87 p. Supervisor Mgr. Petr Bitnar Abstract The presented thesis deals with issues of anal incontinence. The first theoretical part of the study gives an overview of the current knowledge on anal incontinence - it reviews its prevalence, etiology and possibilities of examination and therapy. The second practical part uses high-resolution anorectal manometry to evaluate function of anal sphincters before and after biofeedback therapy. The study was performed on a sample of 10 patients with weakened anal sphincters and with symptoms of incontinence. These patients underwent 4,5 months of therapy which consisted of PC biofeedback and physiotherapy of pelvic floor. The patients were subjected to manometric examination before and after the therapy. Significant effect (p<0.05) of the therapy was detected on two variables: pressure during maximum squeeze and pressure during caugh. Additionally, the therapy was evaluated by standardized questionaire Fecal Incontinence Quality of Life Scale (FIQL). The questionaire was given to the patients before and after the therapy. Significant effect of the therapy was...
