Embedded System for Orienteers Race Organization Support

This thesis deals with the design and production of prototype terminal for supporting organization within orienteering races. The aim of this work is to integrate all important computer facilities, currently used in the practice of orienteering races or training, into a portable compact embedded system in the size of a common terminal for accepting credit cards. The secondary objective of this thesis is creation of cross-platform Open Source library for communication with SPORTIdent control units.

Organizační struktura, kultura, strategie a řízení firem v 21. století

Práce je zaměřena na organizace 21. století a jejich vývoj v členění na čtyři základní oblasti ? organizační kultura, strategie, řízení, organizační struktura. Cílem je shrnutí nových trendů v oblasti managementu spojených se začátkem 21. století a popis nových typů organizací vznikajících v důsledku globalizace podnikatelského prostředí. 21. století přináší změny v organizační struktuře, změny pracovní náplně manažerů, změny strategie a nové trendy, jako například větší důraz na sociální odpovědnost firem či etické hodnoty. Tyto nové trendy jsou doloženy příklady firem z praxe.
