3 Abstract Diploma Thesis: Utilization of track and field exercises in the athletic training of women's soccer Student: Eva Vaidová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Goal of Diploma Thesis: The monitoring of utilization of track and field exercises in athletic training of the women's soccer via questionnaire. At the same time the monitoring of cooperation within specialists of conditioning training and women's soccer clubs in Czech Republic, the monitoring of categories of their specilization, mainly category of coach of track and field. The monitoring of attitudes and methods of coaches to conditioning training is another goal of this thesis. Methods: To achieve the goals of thesis, was created and distributed annonymous questionnare among coaches of women's soccer teams in Czech Republic. 20 from 50 queried coaches filled their questionnaires in and sent them back. Results: I found utilization of track and field exercises by every queried coach. Each of them is using these exercises in different rate. We can generally say that running exercises are frequently used, less used are jumping exercises and throwing and strengthening exercises are little used. 3 ABSTRACT Title: Using of heart rate monitors in fitness training in soccer Compiled by: Lenka Musílková Supervisor: Mgr. Ales Kaplan, Ph.D. Introduction to the problem: Fitness training is an important part of every sport branch. However, to yield adequate results, it is necessary to continuously monitor and evaluate the records of each training unit. This thesis should provide new information on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the training process using measurable parameters of the load. Aim: To follow up the theoretical basis for measuring heart rate of the Romana Klimovicova thesis. The main aim is alert to the possibility of evaluating the intensity of load in selected training units in pre-term summer and winter for deliberately selected league football team. So will the data gathered from heart rate monitors at selected soccer team and evaluate the effectiveness of these individual workouts with a few selected parameters. Tittle (Thema works): 100 m men at WCH 2009 and its comparison with selected top competitions Student: Bc. Veronika Sůrová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims of the Diploma Thesis: Analyzing of sprinter performance in 100 m men at WCH in Berlin 2009 where notably records at sprints were broken. Another aim of this Diploma Thesis is comparison of results of 100 m men at WCH 2009 with results of studies which considered this problem solved in a similar way at selected top competitions. It includes studies which were solved in Diploma Thesis of Lukas Kafka from 2001 and my own Bachelor Thesis from 2008. Methodology of work: we take up at methodical procedures which were used in Diploma Thesis of Lukas Kafka, Zuzana Peichlova and in my own Bachelor Thesis. We work with collection of sprinters finalists of the selected top competitions. Results of the thesis: we discovered that five of six winners of 100 m men at observed WCH got the best performance in final races as well as all sprinters at third place and three sprinters who reached sixth place at observed WCH. Sprinters at eighth place at 100 m men did not get their best performance in a final race. 3 ABSTRACT Title (Thema works): Options sports activities of clients with mental retardation in nursing homes for people with disabilities. Objective: Observations (monitoring) sports activities that grab clients with mental retardation and multiple disabilities selected homes for person with disabilities belonging to the Social services Uherské Hradišt . Or, suggest lack of appropriate sporting activities. Methods: Investigation as needed for thesis took 22 clients to B linka Kunovice DZP, DZP Medlovice 10 clients and 32 clients DZP Velehrad. Clients were chosen deliberately, with hte selection criterion was mild to moderate degree of MR and willingness to cooperate. To determine the necessary datas and informations I used struktured interviews and participating observation. Results: I managed to find out what sports activities are dedicated to clients with mental retardation and multiple disabilities in three selected homes for persons with disabilities belonging to the Social services Uherské Hradišt . I suggested movement activities that are missing here (ball game, boccia, hanging skittle alley, athletics, swimming, skiing). Selected methods in recondition training of soccer players after plastic ACL

Title: Selected methods in recondition training of soccer player after plastic surgery LCA Student: Jaroslav Teplan Supervisit: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan Ph.D. Objective: The main goal was monitoring of selected methods utilization in recondition training of soccer player after plastic surgery ACL. Another goal was level of stability and sensomotoric function evaluation. Also body composition mentoring during recondition block and the level of straining by means of mentoring hearth rate with respect to limited function of knee joint were held at the same time. Methods: Sensomotoric functions and stability level analysis was based on diagnostics device MFT S3 Check utilization. Body structure was measured by a special weighing- machine TANITA - BC 545 and reaction of the organism to stress by sporttester Polar RS 400. Testing procedure of sensomotoric function, stability and body composition proceeded every week at the same day, at the same time. Monitoring of the organism reaction proceeded after every single training, then was evaluated Results: In this thesis, we monitored the selected practices in recondition training of one player. Attitudes and Motivation of Pupils in Relation to Athletics

Thesis title: Attitudes and Motivation of Pupils in Relation to Athletics Objective: find out the attitudes and motivation of pupils in relation to athletics in pupils'categories of selected athletic clubs in Prague Methodology: questionnaires distributed in 15 youth athletic clubs in Prague, Central Bohemian Region, Plzeň, Cheb and Pardubice. Intentionally no sport schools have been included. 352 correctly filled-in questionnaires have been collected. Questionnaires have been classified according to different age groups: athletic prep, junior and senior pupils. The objective of the given research was to find out the attitudes and motivation of pupils in relation to athletics or to its disciplines, respectively. A part of the questionnaire also focused on discovering pupils' knowledge of the most famous athletic personalities today and in the past, both in the domestic and international context. Conclusion: the thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The former one deals with the analysis of the key concepts and the context of the given topic. It is based on accessible specialized literature focusing on the topic both empirically and theoretically. Recent theme articles from international internet portals have also been used. Utilization of coordination drills in the training of basketball players

Název diplomové práce: Využití koordinačních cvičení v přípravě basketbalistů Zpracovala: Zdeňka Engelthalerová Vedoucí diplomové práce: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Cíle práce: Na základě dotazníkového šetření zjistit stav využívání koordinačních cvičení ve sportovní přípravě basketbalistů různé výkonnostní úrovně a zároveň pomocí literární rešerše vytvořit přehled praktických cvičení pro trenéry. Metodika práce: k dosažení cíle této diplomové práce bylo provedeno anonymní dotazníkové šetření pro skupinu trenérů s různým stupněm trenérské licence a pro skupinu hráčů různého věku a výkonnosti. Šetření se podrobilo celkem 29 trenérů z krajů Středočeského, Hradeckého a Jihočeského a 46 hráčů basketbalu z týchž krajů. Předmětem výzkumu byla míra využívání koordinačních cvičení ve sportovní přípravě basketbalistů. Výzkum byl doplněn rozhovorem s trenéry, jehož účelem bylo zjištění základních teoretických vědomostí o koordinačních schopnostech. The general motional efficiency of the pupils from 12 till 15 of age

Topic: The general motional efficiency of the pupils at the second degree of basic school with athletic specialization and without specialization The aim: The aim was to find out the efficiency difference between the pupils (girls) with athletic specialization and the pupils without athletic specialization at the second degree of basic school. Method: Girls were divided into two groups according to their specialization. We compared the results of the pupils reached in the general tests : the run (30m) with the flying start, standing jump, the throw of the medicine-ball with both hands, sit-ups and a 12- minutelong run. Results: We found out that the average efficiency of girls with specialization is bigger than of girls without specialization. The efficiency level of ordinary people and in specialized classes is lower in comparison with previous years. Cíle práce: Cílem naší diplomové práce je využití poznatků o protahovacích cvičení při sestavení souborů cvičení, jejich využití v hodinách tělesné výchovy na základní škole a ověření účinnost vytvořených souborů v praxi u žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Metoda: Poznatky jsou testovány metodou experimentu. Testování proběhlo pomocí předem připraveného souboru protahovacích cvičení, provedeného na začátku a na konci pedagogické praxe u žáků sedmých a osmých tříd základní školy. Výsledky: Porovnávají účinnost protahovacích cvičení .u žáků provádějících tato cvičení, oproti žákům, kteří tato cvičení neprovádějí.
