Problem of the conception of good in John Rawls's theory of justice Řešitel: Jiří Kalous Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Jakub Jirsa, Ph.D. Abstract A Theory of Justice written by John Rawls is one of the most influential books concerning distributive justice which were written in political philosophy during the twentieth century and as such it has raised a lot of critical reactions since its publication. Conception of the good held by Rawls, which is crucial for accepting the whole theory of justice as fairness, has a prominent postition among disputable places of the theory. Thomas Nagel was one of the philosophers who pointed out this possible controversy. This thesis critically evaluates Nagel's argumentation and examines degree of its relevancy.

Valuation of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate an objectified value of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o. for the company management and owners to the date of 31. 12. 2015. After the introduction part, the theoretical-methodological part comes, which concerns terminology connected with the valuation issue and also offers recommended procedure and possible methods of a company valuation. In the practical part, after the company introduction, application of the particular methods, mentioned in the theoretical part, is realized. It is about strategic and financial analysis, analysis and forecast of value generators, creating of a financial plan and the valuation itself. The final valuation is made by yield method of discounted cash flow in the variant of FCFE.

Financial Analysis of the Company TESS CZ spol. s r.o.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate financial situation of the company TESS CZ spol. s r.o. between years 2008 and 2012. The thesis consists of two parts, namely the theoretical in which is generally dealt with financial analysis of company, about its purpose, instruments and methods, and practical part. In the practical part individual methods of financial analysis are applied to the chosen company, it is a vertical and horizontal analysis, balance principles, analysis of financial ratios, analysis of net working capital, creditworthy and bankruptcy models, economic value added - EVA and intercompany comparison. Highlights of made financial analysis are stated in the conclusion.
