Semi-Detached House on the Square in Zruč nad Sázavou

This bachelor's thesis engages in a project documentation of a family house near the square in Zruč nad Sázavou. The object is one-storey with attic and without basement. The building is designed close to next door‘s building. The expansit of the objects will be solved. The part of the ceiling with the wooden beams is peculiarity of object, which will be visible. The rest of ceiling contruction is from Porotherm System. The structural system is masonry wall from Porotherm block. Foundation strips are made from plain concrete. Roof timbers are designed as modern, purlin. Slope of roof plane is 30 °.
Reconstruction of TJS Mistrice Football Complex

Roof is flat. Civil part of building are using for invalid people.
The Office Building Brno-Husovice

This diploma thesis deals with a new built office building in Brno-Husovice. The building is situated in a gap site on the street Dukelská třída. The building has four aboveground floors and underground garages. The ground floor is divided into relaxation area and a commercial section with five shopping units. The second and the third floor are designed as a variable office space. The engine room for ventilation is situated on the fourth floor. Construction system is cast-in-place concrete frame. The building is roofed with the green roofs. Foundations are made of large diameter drilled piles.
New-Built of Home for Seniors

The subject of the diploma thesis is a new-built home for the seniors in the village Lavicky. The building is designed on flat terrain. The main entrance is oriented to the west. It is a building with one basement and three floors. The building is designed of reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill from Heluz. Basement wall is made of reinforced concrete. The building is covered from one part of a gable roof and the second part of the flat roof that serves as a terrace. House is designed for desabled persons.
The Hlinky Hotel

Diploma thesis deals with project documentation for construction of the facility. Specifically, it is a hotel on the street Hlinky in Brno. Hotel capacity is 58 beds and 60 seated restaurant. The building will have one floor underground and five floors above ground. The building will have a bearing structure of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, accompanied by reinforcing monolithic wall. External walls will be created by filling the porous masonry blocks. Horizontal framework will be created locally supported monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof of the hotel is flat. In 4th and 5th floor are created terraces.
Detached House with Design and Architectural Office

The project involves the design and solution of house with office. This is a new family building on the land plot no. 342/26, which is located in Golčův Jeníkov. The building is intended for housing a family of four. The office is used by the owner/owners of the house for their own business plan and entry to it is barrier free. The object has an irregular shape, which is covered in one part by hipped roof and in second part by gable roof using trusses at an angle of 25° with roofing from concrete tiles. The building consists of basement, two floors and no residential attic. Vertical peripheral constructions are made up of brick blocks Porotherm Profi T, which are filled with mineral wool. Inner load-bearing walls, traverses and ceiling are also from the system of Porotherm. The house is plastered with a light blue tint. The windows and doors are plastic with imitation of wood - pin oak. Paved driveway is connected to the local road through ramp in the inclination of 9°. FH has an orientation of rooms to the southeast, south and southwest side. Entry to the building and the office is located on the east side.

The building is covered from one part of a gable roof and the second part of the flat roof that serves as a terrace. The building is designed for a family of six members.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the projection of a detached house on the land plot no. 6038/1 and 6051/11, which is located in Velké Meziříčí. The building consists of partial basement, ground floor and no attic room. The house is designed as a brick building from Porotherm, basement is made of prefabricated concrete blocks Prefa. The roof is mono-pitched with a slope of 7° and part of house is covered by a flat roof. The windows and doors are plastic with imitation of wood. Entry to the building is located on the north side. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with garden and terrace. The project documentation is developed in accordance to the decree of the building documentation.
Roofing of the platforms in Vyškov bus station

The object of bachelor´s thesis is the design and static assessment of the new roofing of the platforms in Vyškov bus station. The design is divided into two separate structures. The ground plan proportions of first structure are 54 x 7,1 m with 8 m height and the second 20 x 5,8 m with 7 m height. All dimensions are based on the nominal dimensions of the buses and their clearance heights. Steel S355, coniferous wood C14 and stainless steel 42crmo4 are used as construction materials.
