Manufacture of gastronomic equipment of stainless steel

The bachelor thesis seals with corrosion, stainless steels and surface treatments of steels, which prevent corrosive disruption of the material. Furthermore, the work deals with the design of the production of non-rotating component with a flange made of austenitic stainless steel X5CrNi 18-10. A blank is cut out on sheet shears. A blank is formed into the desire shape on a CYS 320 press by deep drawing technology, and later a flange is cut on LEXN 100 C press. The economic evaluation of production is set at a model situation of 100 000 pcs/year.

The problems of production of railway wheels

The main idea of this work is especially to make clear the principle of railway wheelset technology, consisting of wheels, axle and other necessary components. Based on available information sources, BONATRANS GROUP a.s. literature, practical advices, experience and knowledge of practical issues, the problems in the manufacture of railway wheelsets and proposals for their elimination will be named.

Final machining technology of a special bearing ring using a grinder on the holes

The main goal of this thesis is to compare 5 chosen grinding wheels, that vary by the material and structure. The testing is done in the company SLB, spol. s r.o., using a grinder on the holes BDU 80, which is set to 6 different settings of the grinding cycle, defined by the letters A´, A, B, C, D and E. These settings vary by the cutting conditions and enable to compare the tested grinding wheels by 8 measured parameters of the surface quality of the grinded bearing orbits of outer rings of the SLB 84-74 bearings, that are described by the drawing documentation.

Production of Parts into the Injection Mold

This project processes technology of production of parts into the injection mold in given conditions of ROTEK s.r.o. company, focusing on exploitation of electric discharge machinig. The project consists of constructive – technological analysis of part, proposal of technological procedure suitable for possibilities of the company, simulation of certain manufacturing processes and technological-economic assessment of satisfactory solutions of manufacturing process in company.
