Steel Structure of Industry Hall
Kačírek, Michal ; Balázs, Ivan (referee) ; Horáček, Martin (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design a one-nave steel structure industrial hall in Jablonne nad Orlici with dimensions 63x30m and 15.0 m in height of the structure. In the hall, two overhead cranes with lifting capacity 32/8 tons and 20/5 tons are installed. The roof structure is designed in a variant of saddle roof with truss girder and truss purling with the function of the longitudinal roof bracing. The columns are solid panel fixed to the foundation pad. The main construction material is steel classed as S355. Spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by sway bracing and longitudinal bracing. Roofing is made of sandwich panels with polyurethane foam and trapezoidal sheet thickness of 0.9 mm. It is designed in accordance with the ČSN EN 1993.
Sports Hall
Kačírek, Michal ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of the final thesis is to design steel structure of the sports hall in Brno. The design is processed in two options. The option "A" is designed in variant of flat space frame with dimensions 78x46,5 m and the structure height is 13,0 m. The option "B" is designed in variant of truss girder with parabolic lower belt and purlin. Dimensions are 84x46,5 m and the structure height is 12,8 m. Roof covering and curtain walling is made of sendwich panels with polyurethane foam and trapezoidal sheet.
Pyrazine Derivates as Potential Antituberculotic Drugs
Kačírek, Michal ; Doležal, Martin (advisor) ; Kopecký, Kamil (referee)
Title of rigorous thesis: Pyrazine derivates as potential antituberculotic drugs Author: Mgr. Michal Kačírek In this rigorous thesis the recherche was realized which was focused on recent incidence of tuberculosis in the world, the possibility o f present therapy and the new trends in therapy as well. This thesis dealt with synthesis of undocumented compounds in literature. The starting compound was 5-chloro-6-methylpyrazine-2,3- dicabronitrile. The compounds were developed by aminodehalogenational reaction, linked to alkyl descriptor across amino group, whereas side chains were anal ogously extended. It can be said that the product was developed by reaction of 5 -chloro-6- methylpyrazine-2,3-dicabronitrile with corresponding primary aliphatic amine. Final compounds were characterized by thaw point, TLC, elementary analysis, 1 H a 13 C NMR and IR. All compounds were liable in vitro testing on their biological activity - antimycobacterial, antifungal and antibacterial. In the group of antituberculosis test ing the activity grew up from the least to the most lipophility compound.
Community trade mark and obstacles to its registration
Kačírek, Michal ; Růžička, Michal (advisor) ; Pítra, Vladimír (referee)
Resumé Community Trade Mark and Impediments to Registration Trademarks take important and still more preferred part of entrepreneur legal protection portfolio. The effects of European integration are partially visible in corresponding approximation of national trademark law of member states. The remaining barriers of cross- border undertakings in whole European Union were substantially mitigated by this new legal instrument, which grants its proprietor an exclusive right to prevent unauthorized use of the mark in trade without his consent. This diploma thesis deals with possible impediments to registration of Community trade mark. For an entrepreneur, it is crucial to know whether he may reasonably expect, that his trademark application will remain unchallenged. Therefore, the question must be raised on whether the mark is registrable as such. Since this is not the only nor the most frequent issue, the focus is made on the conflict with earlier rights as well. The systematization of this work is, to a certain extent, based on observation of respective parts of Council Regulation (EC) No. 207/2009 of 26 February 2009, dealing with absolute and relative grounds for refusal of a Community trade mark. The text also contains reference on important findings and decisions of Office for Harmonization in the...
Pyrazine derivatives as potential drugs II
Kačírek, Michal ; Doležal, Martin (advisor) ; Zimčík, Petr (referee)
The derivates of pyrazine as potential medicaments II This thesis has been developed at the Departament of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Safety of Medicines, the Pharmaceutical Faculty of the Charles University. It deals with research and synthesis of new derivates of pyrazine with possible antituberculotic and antifungal activity. The model compound was 2-methoxy-3-methylpyrazine. Seven new chemicals were prepared by aminodehalogenational reaction, their structure differed in substitution of aniline. These compounds were standardly described by physiochemical constant, 1 H and 13 C NMR and IR spectrum. The result of in vitro testing showed that the compounds have lower middle activity against fungal pathogens. The highest activity have N-(3-bromphenyl)-6-methoxy-5-methylpyrazine-2-amine, N-(3-jod-4- methylphenyl)-6-methoxy-5-methylpyrazine-2-amine and 2,6-dibromo-4-(6-methoxy-5-methylpyrazin- 2-ylamine)phenol against Candida tropicalis, Trichosporon beigelii and Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Further testing was focused on the compounds against bacterial pathogens. The compounds were ineffective, except 2,6-dibromo-4-(6-methoxy-5-methylpyrazine-2-ylamine)phenol, which showed promising activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa CCM 1961. Two compounds were tested against many viral pathogens. A promising...
