The conception of the succes and failure while working with the clients from the point of view of the educational care center's workers

The thesis deals with understanding of success and failure of work with clients from the educational care center staff's perspective and their sources of evaluation. This issue is part of the self-evaluation. Author uses a semi-empirical method. The theoretical part of the thesis presents activities, target groups and (teaching) staff's job specification in the educational care center. Then it defines self-evaluation, lists specific principles of professional work with clients and states the factors that are part of success or failure of staff's interventions. The conclusion of the thesis shows particular methods that can help to achieve self-evaluation and presents the self-efficacy studies. The goal of the survey research is to find out what the educational care center's staff considers as success and failure of their work and which indicators help them to evaluate their work. Author uses qualitative research design and semi-structured interview as a data collection method. The data are processed by the components of the grounded theory. The research shows that participants consider any small positive change in behavior or attitude of their clients as success. Especially non-cooperation is considered to be a failure. Part-time job as a form of maintaining position in the labor market

My bachelor thesis discusses the possibilities and forms of part-time jobs, and reflects the interest of women workers for these jobs in the South bohemian region. The objective of this work was to map the situation in that region and to reflect on the experience with part-time job for women caring for children up to 15 years. In my work I deal with two hypotheses.The first hypothesis says that with increasing age of the child the interest on part-time job is reduced. And the second hypothesis states that with the increasing number of children in the family, an interest in part-time job is increasing. Verification of hypotheses was doing by quantitative research using a semi-open questionnaire. The research included 377 women in several south bohemian towns and villages. Both of examined hypothesis was able to confirm. My work can be used as a study material to the students ZSF JU, or like the information for employment office, employers, non-profit organizations, operating in the field of advice and assistance to clients in obtaining employment

Regional development programme and its influence on rendition of services in travel movement

The title of this thesis is Regional Development Programme and its influence on administration services in travel movement. It is perceptible that this thesis deals about cohesion of travel movement as one of the fastest envolving branch of industry and developing conception of the region as a subjekt which in its independent action takes care in its territorial district conformable with local groundwork and with local customs about complex development of its territory and about needs of its citizen. The purposes of this diploma work was the analysis of the above mentioned cohesion.
