Influence of Construction Work Carried Out in a Building on its Market Value
Káňová, Veronika ; Šimáček, Ondřej (referee) ; Klika, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis addresses the influence of building work carried out on the family house and the comparison of this influence in various localities. The theoretical part defines the basic terms from professional literature and legislation. A family house prior to reconstruction in the town of Bolera-dice was selected and then two other similar sites of the municipality of Hostěradice and the town of Koryčany. In the practical part, the customary prices were calculated before reconstruction. The reconstruction of the house was projected and the costs of construction work were calculated using an itemised budget. By means of a database of real estate properties after reconstruction, the prices of similar real estate properties after the reconstruction were established. The conclusion of the the-sis presents a comparison and analysis of the results at individual sites, and thus fulfils the objective of the thesis by determining the impact of construction work on the family house and comparing this in different locations.
The study of various methods of preparation of the milk sample for milk analysis by ICP-OES technique
Kaňová, Veronika ; Vítová, Eva (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the chemical composition of cow’s milk, with the description of chosen methods of sample pretreatment and with the description of the used technique ICP-OES. The practical part is aimed at individual preparations of samples and at analysis of chosen chemical elements (Ca, Na, K and Mg). Milk is a really complicated polydisperse system, that’s the reason why the preparation of samples with milk is very important step before the measurement itself. In addition to accuracy choosing the sample adjustment method, other factors such as time, work intensity, or cost need to be considered when. In the thesis a comparison of four selected methods of sample preparation was made: direct analyse of milk, dilution with addition of Triton X-100, wet microwave ashing and destruction of matrix with TMAH (tetramethylammonium hydroxide). Selected elements were analysed with the help of ICP-OES. This diploma thesis builds on the bachelor thesis, which deals with the same problem. Final concentrations were compared with certified values of skimmed powdered milk. Data showed that the most accurate are methods of preparation of wet microwave ashing and destruction of matrix with TMAH. By using these methods, the effect of the dairy matrix that caused problems in the analysis, was largely eliminated. The diluted samples with and without Triton X-100 showed a bigger anomaly of measuring than the mineralization of wet ashing which came to the loss of analyte because of fat elements contained in milk.
Family house
Káňová, Veronika ; Šibal, Jan (referee) ; Rusinová, Marie (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with new constructions of a detached family house for a family of four, the house is also a part of the establishment as offices for small business owner. The building will be located in Choholáč III in the Moravian village Syrovice. The house's do not have a basement, they have two floors and a flat roof. In terms of layout it is divided into two parts, living quarters and a office. The office is located on the 1st floor. In front of the house they are located two parking spaces on a hard surface to use for the office. 1st floor serves as a daily active zone. 2nd floor oppositly as night, resting and relaxation zone. The house has also a generous terrace. Part of the project documentation is also appraisal of the thermal properties and processing of fire safety design of the buildings.
Analysis of milk by ICP-OES technique

The practical part is aimed at individual preparations of samples and at analysis of chosen chemical elements (Ca, Na, K, Mg a P). Milk is a really complicated polydisperse system. The preparation of samples with milk is very important step before the measurement itself. In the thesis a comparison of four selected methods of sample preparation was made: bare dilution, dilution with addition of Triton X 100, wet ashing and sonication. Selected elements were analysed with the help of ICP-OES. Final concentrations were compared with CRM of dried milk. Data showed that the most accurate are methods of preparation of diluted sample and wet ashing. Four different types of milk were analysed with the help of those two selected methods. The diluted samples showed a bigger anomaly of measuring than the mineralization of wet ashing which came to the loss of analyte because of fat elements contained in milk.
The Significance of the Temple in Egyptian Religion.
Káňová, Veronika ; Janák, Jiří (advisor) ; Hruška, Blahoslav (referee)
My work is concern about ancient Egyptian temple and its development, symbolism, offerings and priesthood. The main idea of this work is that Egyptian temple functioned in both statial and temporal dimensions. Spatially, that the temple stood at a crucial point- the focal point or fulcrum between different worlds or spheres- between heaven and earth, human and di vine, chaos and order. For the Egyptians most of these concepts were spatially related, just as the desert signified chaos and the fertile land of Egypt harmony and order. The temple' s location, design, decoration and functions all mediated between these polarities and established harmony, security and balance where there would have been none of these things in its absence.
