This thesis focuses on the implementation of process management in the emerging business. Explains what the processes are, compares the functional and process management. It analyzes the main reasons and benefits of implementing process management in the company. Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.
Proposal to Implement Agile Methodology for Project Management

In my thesis, I will focus on the processing and comparison of the waterfall and agile project management methods. I will describe the actual project management, what methods can be used, and what advantages or disadvantages can be found in the agile and waterfall approach. I will talk about the team members starting from the leadership roles over the scrum master to ordinary team members. The result of my work will be the answer to the question of whether the company surveyed by me is suitable for the agile project management approach.
Financial Management of the "start up" Company

As I work with the research team involved in creating new companies, this work can be used as a later basis for overcoming the initial phase of the crisis during placing the produkt on the market.
Workplace layout design

The topic of the thesis is the design of workplace layout to improve the handling between workplaces in ABB s. r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concepts of lean enterprise and workplace layout. The analytical part analyses the workplace layout together with the production process and ergonomic conditions in the workplace. Furthermore, the work activities at the individual workplaces are analysed. Based on the identified shortcomings in the analytical part, suitable and feasible solutions are proposed. In the conclusion of the thesis, the overall benefits and economic costs of the project are evaluated.
Customer tools ordering process concept

The master ‘s thesis focuses on the description and analysis of the ordering customer tools process in the company Mubea. The theoretical part is focused on processes, their improvement, description, and analysis. The practical part specifies the steps of the process and its shortcomings. The output is a process improvement proposal and evaluation of the benefits of the proposed changes.
Benefits of project management

The main goal of the diploma thesis is to analyze whether a selected company uses efficient project management on a specific project and, if necessary, to propose changes in the project management of the selected project that would have a positive impact on its results. Based on the evaluated benefits of the proposed changes, establish recommendations summarizing further steps in improving project management in the company. The output of the analytical part are selected shortcomings (deviations from the PRINCE2 methodology), which had a negative impact on the objectives and financial results of the project. The following chapter deals with the proposal of changes in accordance with the PRINCE2 medotics, which should replace the selected shortcomings and the evaluation of the benefits of these changes. In the end, a recommendation for the company is set and the limitations of the research are listed.

Material management of order production

The thesis is focused on the mapping and subsequent improvement of processes within the Procurement and Logistics department for the monitored company division. Based on the findings from the analytical part and the identification of problematical areas, there are proposed steps that should lead to improvement of performance not only within the Procurement and Logistics department, but also within the division as a whole. The emphasis was put on eliminating of processes that were bringing no value as well as on material flow management.
Project of a process design in a contributory organization

The diploma thesis deals with the practical use of project management methods and procedures. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical starting points focused on the issues addressed in the diploma thesis, which will be used in the elaboration of the design part. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the organization and its evaluation, a process is selected for which a project will be developed in the design part. This process is the implementation of a newly created directive regulating the area of safety, which is not only important for the organization from the point of view of the set quality standards, but is also a condition for the successful defense of SAK accreditation.
