Detached house with design office

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey non-cellar family home with design offices. The object is placed in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Polička, k. u. Polička. The House is suitable for permanent living capacity of 5 persons. In the design office can work for up to 3 employees. Entrance to the building is designed as a barrier. The structural system is the brick, ceramic blocks Porotherm. Cladding is leaving the contact insulation system made of EPS. Ceiling construction and internal dividing walls are designed from a system Porotherm. The object consists of roofing flat roof. The facade is in white colour, supplemented by ochre tones. Fill the holes with the plastic, are designed as heat insulating triple glazing, color light beech. The House is equipped with a garage for two cars, for the needs of the design office staff serves a small parking area on a plot near the object.
Detached house with lawyer's office

The main theme of Bachelor thesis is new-building of family house with lawyer’s office located in Brno - Komín. The house has groundplan of two overlapping squares with small rectangle part. The house is designed for family of four members and ensures comfortable living. The house consists of two floor, garage and saddle roof. Lawyre’s office is part of the house and consists of office and sanitary. Vertical load bearing constructions are made of aerated concrete blocks. Horizontal constructions are assembled constructions for ceilings and roofs that are made of reinforced beams, aerated concrete, reinforcement and monilitic filler. This project was created in programme ArchiCAD and 3D model was made in Lumion.
Mixed-use building

The subject of the thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction design of the mixed-use building in the city of Brno, a borough of Cerna Pole. The vertical load-bearing structures of the above ground floors are made of sand-lime blocks. The vertical load-bearing structures of the underground floor are made of cast-in-place concrete. The last floor has warm flat green roof. The main purpose of this building is for administration, trade and services, which make up to 60% of floor area. The rest of floor area is used for housing. On the north side is the underground parking garage. The residential part is oriented to the South, the offices are oriented to the North.
Apartment building Slatinska

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of the building in the Brno-Židenice and with the processing of project documentation for the construction. The building is divided into two main parts - residential part and administrative part, which consist of a smaller office on the ground floor. Every part has own entrance from the street Slatinská. Parking is provided outside the building on the plots and has 9 parking spaces. The building has 3 floors, no basement and is built below the White Mountain. The shape of the building is rectangular with several protruding and receding parts of rectangular shape. In the residential part of the basement there is a background of an apartment building and in the upper floor there are 5 residential units of various sizes and layouts. The basis of the building is solved with the help of drilled piles in combination with the base plate. The construction system of the building is designed from masonry ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures, lined and receding structures are made of reinforced concrete. The roofing of the building is solved by an extensive green roof. The whole building is a contact insulated certified by the ETICS insulation system consisting of insulating polystyrene foam.
Detached house with a workshop

The topic of this bachelor‘s thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new building of detached house with a workshop – design office with facilities. The building is located in the inner city of Hradec Králové on a flat plot. This detached house has no basement. There is ground floor and residential attic. Building has a irregular plan with the biggest proportions 14,32 m x 15,32 m with height of main ridge 7,66 m. This main roof truss covers double storey part of house and roof slope is 30°. Single storey part of house is covered by mono-pitched roof with roof slope 12°. At the southwest wall of building is huge terrace with a sitting. It is accesible from living room. Whole object surrounds by garden with new trees and bushes. Near to entering the building is a little pond. At the northeastern part of plot is a small parking place. Layout of house is adapted for four-membered family. An important part of the house is a design office enabling work from home. This building is middle size. There are rooms like living room, guest room, facilities and garage. Covered entrance to wind lobby is situated in the northeastern part of the plot. From this wind lobby is possible to acces to design office or staircase hall which is situated at ground floor in the center part of house. At the southeast part of house is situated guest room and utility room. At the southwest is a huge living room with dining area and kitchen which is center of social life of the familly. Northwest part of house is intended for facilities, pantry, registry, storage and garage. At attic is situated bedrooms with dressing rooms and sanitary facilities, gaming-room and storage.
Retirement home in Zlatovce

The topic of this thesis is a project documentation of a Retirement home located in Trencin part Staré zlatovce. The object had been designed as a stand-alone four storey building. The floor plan is in the shape of an "F". The Retirement home has a public part, designed for people from nearby area: There is a chapel, a Physician and flats for rent, restaurants and free-time activities. The food prepared in the objects is fairly simple. The main lunch courses are being delivered from a different provider and are only re-heated in the kitchen. A reinforced concrete monolitic skeleton has been used as a contrtuction system for the bulding with square-pillars and infill material is designed from massive wooden construction Novatop solid. The object itself is standing on reinforced concrete footings. The elevator shaft bottom will be made of water ressistant concrete. The building envelope threshold will consist of reinforced concrete as well. One part of the object, above the 3rd floor, is green-roofed, and the roofing above the 4th floor is warm flat roof. The same is designed above the 1st floor chapel - a warm flat roof with rectification pedestals and concrete paving so that the roof can be used as a terrace. Photovoltaic and phototermic collectors are placed on the roofing above the 4th floor. The driveway of the whole object is placed on the western side, just as a parkplace for employees. The parkplace for tennants and visitors is placed on the eastern side.

Apartment building

The task of this bachelor's thesis was to process the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the city of Brno. The apartment house is a free-standing, with three storeys and no basement. The building is covered with a flat roof. On the 1st floor there are 3 garage spaces, cellars and technical facilities of the building. There are a total of 4 housing units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. On the second and third floors, the structures recede and create terraces in two apartments. The other two apartments have their own balconies. Perimeter masonry is made of ceramic blocks with insulation. The ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete. The bachelor thesis also contains an assessment of the building in terms of building physics and fire safety.

The swimming centre in Humpolec

The diploma thesis is concerned with the swimming pool compound which is situated in the area of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the town Humpolec and it contains the complete documentary materials (documentation) for the execution of the project, fire safety solution to the building with respect to building physics, structural assess of wooden constructions and air- conditioning of the swimming hall. In the swimming compound there is a swimming hall with five swimming pools with the total water area of 605,4 m2 (swimming pool, the swimming pool for non-swimmers, relaxing swimming pool, whirpool, wading pool) and other additional services – four saunas with bar, massages,solarium and two buffets. The capacity of the swimming hall is 286 persons, the capacity of the whole compound is 418 persons. As for the shape of the building, it is designed as five rectangulars of different heights embedded into each other. Under the part of the swimming centre there is a basement and its external ground plan size is 61,33m*52,83. The basement serves as utility rooms of the whole building. The load-bearing construction of the swimming hall is designed using beam girders and pillars, made of glued laminated timber. In the rest of the building there is a brick construction system. Around the swimming hall there is a glass fronted facade.
