Methods of investigation of sexual crimes (selected issues)

The thesis deals with the topic of sexual offences investigation. Given its complexity, the thesis only focuses on particular issues, namely the special investigation procedure used in the cases of sexual offences committed against children. The thesis aims to provide overview of individual investigation procedures used in those special cases, to point out their advantages and disadvantages, and to explain reasons why sexual offences against children need to be treated differently. The thesis includes fourteen chapters dividend into sub-chapters. In the introductory part, the main of objectives of the thesis are defined; the following first chapter focuses on the term sexual exploitation and describes the legislation on this issue in the Czech Republic. The second chapter outlines typical ways of committing this type of offence; the third and fourth chapters focus on the subjects of sexual offences, both the offender and the victim, and answer the question if there is a typical victim and a typical sexual offender. The fifth to twelfth chapters look at investigation of sexual offences from the criminological point of view, mainly at the special nature of preliminary and subsequent acts. Daimón: The Unity and the Contradiction of the Lope de Aguirre's World

The present work is focused on interpretation of the novel Daimón, written by Argentinian writer Abel Posse. It indicates the context of the "Latin America's new historical novel", comments the historical background of the story, touches the concept of time in the novel. Then the work analyses in detail the composition of the novel which is structured as a Tarot cards reading, explains the importance of the Tarot not only for interpretation of the Daimón novel, but also for understanding the World in general. Key words: Tarot, Lope de Aguirre, Abel Posse, new historical Latin America's new historical novel, dialogism, parody, heteroglossia, spiritual path, Toltec, Toltec shamanism, Carlos Castaneda, concept of cyclical time, contradictions, realization.

Marketing and economy of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s.

Práce se zabývá marketingovými aktivitami společnosti Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. v roce 2009. Tyto aktivity analyzuje ze dvou pohledů, z pohledu rezidentního a korporátního. Součástí práce je i konkurenční analýza a porovnání aktivit největších konkurentů společnosti Telefónica O2. The thesis deals with Telefónica O2 marketing activities over the year of 2009. These marketing activites are analysed from residential/consumer and business point of view. Part of the thesis is also competition analysis.
