Capital adequacy of Czech banks in the context of macro-prudential policy

The theme of this diploma thesis is the capital adequacy of Czech banks in the context of macro-prudential policy. The aim of this diploma thesis is quantitative and qualitative analysis of the capital ratios of the Czech banking sector in the context of Basel III and CRD IV capital regulation. The work for the selected period analyzes the development of the capital structure of the Czech banking sector as a whole and for individual segments of banks. The work also focuses on the determinants that influenced the capital changes in addition to the change in the volume of capital itself. The resistance of the banking sector to the unfavorable development of the financial system is analyzed through the stress tests of the Czech National Bank.

Using the Yo-Yo test in football in the category U 12

Title: Using the Yo-Yo test in football in the category U 12 Objectives: Aim of this work is to compare the results of my research with other research, which also used the same type of yo - yo test at ages younger pupils. Methods: Group monitored the players consists of 26 probands in category U 12 who play in the elite team of high level. Players warm up before the test completed. Then it passed to the actual testing, which consisted of 2 x 20 meter runs and was interspersed with short recovery breaks until the player was able to meet the test requirements. For each player after removal from the test are enrolled elapsed distance. Results: The average elapsed distance from my research is 305.23 meters, while the Japanese footballers result is 286.2 meters. From the results it is obvious that the players of the research group achieved better results than the players playing the Japanese league, and despite the fact that they have a lower average age. The bachelor thesis written on the topic " The role of the bank guarantees in ensuring credit risks " discuss the bank guarantees and their utility in ensuring credit risk in trade operations. In the first chapter thesis discuss the risk in international trade and concentrates on the credit risk. In this chapter the thesis analyses and describes the phases of handling the credit risk. The purpose of the second chapter is characteristic of the bank guarantee, it's law formulation and international arrangement. The topic of the final chapter is practical utilization of the bank guarantees.

The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the financial position of the chosen company using the standard methods and techniques. The thesis is divided into two parts - in the first the detailed description of the methods and tests used is presented. The second part of the thesis focuses in the actual analysis which includes the horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the income statement, asset management ratios including the DuPont model, the analysis of the working capital and the analysis using the formulas for predicting the bankruptcy and assesing the value.

Modern methods of employee recruitment and selection which I talk about in this thesis is expanding in recent years. In this thesis, I am describing the methods that use modern technology (like computers and/or internet), such as the use of corporate websites, job portals, social networks or advanced HR software for employee recruitment and selection. This is an area of human resource management which - although gaining in popularity - is not yet available in most books related to this area. In agreement with my supervisor, I did not separate the thesis to theoretical and practical part as I am combining the theory with my own research, evaulation, reviews and practical use of these methods.
