Oravcová, Lenka ; Janečková, Hana (advisor) ; Krpálková, Jindřiška (referee)
The thesis deals with implementation of assisted contacts of parents and children in difficult life situation, seen from the point of view of staff of non-profit organizations and OSPOD (= Child Protection Authority). It aims to map the activities of the participants involved in the implementation of the assisted contacts within the existing structure, processes and multidisciplinary cooperation within the Zlín Region. The core part of the thesis is qualitative research performed by the method of the grounded theory. At the conclusion chapter I respond to the stated aim of the diploma thesis and I point out that the implementation of assisted contacts of parents and children represents high degree of demands on the staff. This is the cause of difficult handling of the implementation. The staff workers stressed the deepening and setting up of multidisciplinary cooperation, sharing of good practice in the Zlín Region, as well as creating a team sufficiently professional and numerous and, above all, a change of legislation. Keywords: assisted contact of parents and children, family, parenthood, disintegration of relationship, difficult life situation, participants of assisted contact, structures, processes, multidisciplinary cooperation, Cochem model, grounded theory

The thesis, "Prayer: The Role, Place and Significance of Prayer in the Lives of Members of the Christian Community" deals with the topics outlined in its title. The core of the thesis is made up of qualitative research. The goal of the research is to discover how prayer is perceived by believers within a particular Christian community: what place prayer occupies in their lives, what shapes it, what it contributes to them and, at the same time, how they perceive prayer and what kind of meaning corporate prayer has for them. Five deep, semi-structured conversations with research participants helped to achieve the goal of the thesis. The results of the qualitative analyses are presented in several chapters, of which four main chapters contain (1) the benefits of prayer in understanding oneself, and (2) in understanding and perceiving God, (3) prayer as a tool for service, and (4) benefits and deficits connected with prayer. The concluding chapters then summarize the results found in the answers to the survey questions, and further on there is a discussion presented on the understanding of prayer as perceived through the lens...

In the empirical part of the bachelor thesis is used a method of qualitative research in the form of a narrative conversation. The research complex is made up of 6 communication partners whose life partner died. The results are analyzed with the help of an open coding. The research shows that there is no significant difference in the spheres of life affected by the loss of the life partner between men and women. First of all, both, men and women struggle with worsening health conditions. Common problem is also a limited contact with their social environment. Šindelková, Marie ; Křížová, Eva (advisor) ; Janečková, Hana (referee)
In the following text I will consider possible ways of using social theatre in social work. Studying connections between these fields is preceded by a brief introduction of chosen terms of the theory of social work and theatre, with definitions as the frame. The main objective of my work is the basic division of forms of social theatre and desribtion of its conditions in the Czech Republic. Social theatre as a self-contained system is not defined in the Czech literature yet. Comparing foreign sources and the terminology used in the Czech literature with knowledge of the protagonists' way of work were used to make the structure, so that the main representatives, authors and organizers could be named in relation to particular forms. Based on such a map of contemporary social theatre in our country using definitions and theoretical terms, the answer is offered to the question , whether theatre is a valuable tool of social work, what areas could benefit from it most, and what the specific benefits are from the point of view of values and objectives of social work. Keywords social work, community work, anti-oppressive practice, creativity, social theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed, theatrical creation in the specific groups, community theatre
