Checking of the Situation Behind the Vehicle
Jánošík, David ; Bucsuházy, Kateřina (referee) ; Belák, Michal (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of controlling the situation behind the vehicle. The first part of the thesis summarizes the knowledge about drivers, their reaction time and vehicle response, the construction characteristics of vehicles designed to control what is happening behind the vehicle, and the possibilities of measuring the duration of glances in the form of eye tracking. The analytical part contains an analysis of the duration of glances in the rear view mirrors depending on the mirror, the situation and also the driving manoeuvre during the day time. The data was obtained from video recordings of 12 drivers in normal traffic conditions. The duration of the saccades and fixations of glances was evaluated depending on the mirror used, in individual situations and also for selected driving manoeuvres. The conclusion of the analytical part is devoted to the comparison of the duration of glances during selected driving manoeuvres when exposed to stimuli as well as to the comparison of the differences in individual age groups of tested drivers.

Seasonal evolution of antibiotic concentrations in the wastewater of STP České Budějovice
JANOŠÍK, David
The aim of the diploma thesis was to monitor seasonal concentration changes of 7 antibiotics norfloxacin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, azithromycin, erythromycin, trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole in wastewater influent and (cleaned) water effluent in the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) České Budějovice. Time-proportional 24 hours pooled samples of wastewater were collected every month from March 2011 to February 2012 in the influent and effluent pof the STP. The concentrations of target compounds were determined by using in line SPE/LC-MS/MS analysis. The highest average concentration in the influent was detected in case of norfloxacin (0.563 microgram/l) and ciprofloxacin (0.406 microgram/l). The highest average concentration in the effluent was detected in the case of trimethoprim (0.255 microgram/l) and erythromycin (0.117 microgram/l). Higher concentration of antibiotics was measured in the colder periods of the year. It was connected with increased use of antibiotics and with less cleaning efficiency of the STP in this season. The highest removal efficiency was determined for norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin, the lowest for erythromycin. The influence of the season on the removal efficiency of antibiotics was found esp. for azithromycin, trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole.
Fish communities in streams PLA Jizera Mountains
JANOŠÍK, David
Flows in the PLA in the Jizera Mountains are unique for the occurrence of indigenous populations of brown trout (Salmo truta morpha fario) and several protected and endangered species of fish and cyclostomes. V 2 Mid-20th The situation for the acidification of the aquatic environment. As a result, stocks have almost disappeared fathead minnow (phoxinus phoxinus) and other indigenous fish. Another reason was the disruption ichtyocenosis fragmentation high flows associated with the construction of barriers to cross small hydro (MVE) and various degrees. Giant Mountains in the PLA was the main objective of checking the functionality of fish ladders, monitoring of fish migration and permeability. Furthermore Ichthyological surveys were conducted pre-selected sections of streams to determine the composition of the ichthyofauna. Was monitored and the success of reintroduction of certain species of fish, particularly fathead minnow in its original location. Were collected and physical and chemical properties of water.
