Modelling of Financial Resources of Construction Order from the Aspect of Investor

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to show options of funding in public builders contract from European fund. The theoretical part explains and specifies most important concepts which are regarding these issues and shows public sector all together with explanation of basics concepts and forms of funding in public contract. The second part is practical and we can find there models of flow of subsidies, all costs and drawing of suitable loan for financial of public builders contract. The model is performed on two different projects which are mutually compared and evaluated.

For my bachelor thesis I chose the topic "Source for financing of construction project realized by municipality." The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes a description of the project and a description of financing options contracts. The practical part describes the characteristics of project financing and Waste Centre Hošťálková. There is a village where I was born and still live. The main objective is to introduce the reader to the functioning financing projects of small communities of our country.

The aim of the thesis "Financial Assurance of public project" is to implement the finding the most appropriate method of financing the public project insulation Elementary School in Řečany nad Labem. In the section dealing with theory are discused financial processes regarding the public project. The partical part deals possible ways of financing the project with a selection of the most suitable option and evaluating the results.

Economic Aspects of Public Orders Submitting

The issue solved in this thesis is the procedure for the award of public contract, which is explored from the perspective of the Act No. 137/3006 Coll., on Public Contracts, as Amended. With the help of latest Amendment No. 55/2012 Coll., number of changes was allocated into the tables. These changes fundamentally modify the view on the Act of Public Contract. Process of the award of public contract is then analyzed and evaluated by the tender dossier, from which the data about qualification requirements and evaluation criteria was drawn. Evaluation is performed using graphs and tables. The result of this thesis is to demonstrate a significant effect of the Amendment on the entire procedure and the decrease of assigned public works contracts with regard to public supply contracts and public service contracts. Future recommendation is to re-amend the Act on Public Contract and try to allow the re-growth of awarded public contracts, and to reclaim significant negative impact of the Amendment.

The bachelor thesis deals with valuation of financial feasibility of investment project realized by municipality. In the theoretical part of thesis there are simply described possibilities ensuring of needed financial resources for realization of construction order realized by municipality and alongside there are briefly characterized basic terms from this issue. Practical part of the project is focused on analysis of budget the municipality, proposal of financial ensuring the project and assessment if its financial feasibility.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to grasp a financial assurance of projects in the public sector. In its theoretical part the possibilities of financial assurance in the case of building contract in the public sector are described. This part also defines key terms used in this subject. The second part of the bachelor's thesis, the practical one, shows the financial assurance of the particular public investment project, which already has been realized; the practical case serves as an instance of application of theoretical opportunities described above in the practical realization.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with small-scale public contracts of building works. It is examining the methods of instructions and contender's evaluation of specific public contract. Firstly the work describes theoretical part of public contracts, their division, terms and definitions, that reader was informed in the second part of bachelor thesis. This one is examining specific public contract. There is also evaluated method of instruction used evaluation criteria and next is designed own method of instruction and evaluation criteria. The result of the practical part is comparison of methods of instructions specific public contract of building works.

The work analyzes the costs of construction contract which arise during its realization. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of term of construction contract, describes its types, distributions, phases of construction and financing options. Then there are described participants of construction, term cost and possibilities of division of costs. In the practical part there is made cost analysis of individual months of construction and classification of costs by purpose of its expenditure on specific construction contract, which is a family house built in 2005.

The practical part deals with the financial analysis of the company PRVNÍ STAVEBNÍ CHRUDIM, a.s. and evaluates the results.
