The main aim of this thesis is to formulate the strategy of entry of ZKL, a. s. to the Hungarian market. The theoretical part summarizes the latest findings from the literature in the area of strategic analysis and expansion of the company to the foreign market. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the introduction of ZKL, a. s. and presents the results of strategic and financial analysis. In the last part a strategy of entry of ZKL, a. s. to the Hungarian market is formulated.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of SAINT –GOBAIN ADFORS CZ s. r. o. while financial analysis implemented for the period of last five years. Moreover, proposals for improvements in problematic areas of financial management are formulated. The theoretical part reports the latest findings from the academic literature on financial analysis and its methods. In the practical part the attention is paid to the company SAINT – GOBAIN ADFORS CZ s. r. o, which financial statements analysed by using selected methods. In the last part proposals for improvements are formulated.

Practical utilisation of multi-criteria decision-making methods applied to the selection of construction material

Předmětem diplomové práce je výběr vhodného materiálu na stavbu. Metodika je založena na vícekriteriálním hodnocení variant. Při výběru materiálu na stavbu musíme vzít v potaz velké množství kritérií, jedná se jak o kritéria ekonomická, jako je cena, tak především o kritéria technická. Cílem diplomové práce je jednak samotný výběr vhodného materiálu, jednak ověření možnosti použití metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant v praxi a případně odhalení jejich nevýhod a nedostatků při srovnání výsledků jednotlivých metod. Práce také ukazuje, že jednodušší modely vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant se dají snadno použít v praxi.
