1 TITLE: Specifics of womans ice hockey AUTHOR: Michaela Hrbková DEPARTMENT: Physical Education Department SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ABSTRAKT: This master thesis shows specific differences between men's and women's ice hockey. Point out anatomical, physiological, psychological, performance, technical and tactical factors affecting training processes and training units in men's and women's ice hockey. Using a questionnaire among players and coaches, I examined the knowledge of specific gender needs and their placement in the training units, knowledge of competition systems and game plans, differences in rules and men's and women's ice hockey. Furthermore, player and coaching history and hockey coaching education. Using a questionnaire among public, I examined opinions on female players and women's ice hockey, differences in attendance and viewership of men's and women's matches, knowledge of male and female players, teams and international successes of national hockey teams. I compared average age, weight and height of male players in Tipsport Extraliga and female players in women's league. I also compared the amount of training units of men's team HC Verva Litvínov and women's team HC Litvínov in the season 2014/2015. Development of MBI model in the implementation of CRM

The work deals with the implementation of CRM solutions, it's representation in the reference model MBI, which is the main goal of the work. In the first part the market of CRM products is analyzed and the current trends in the industry are introduced. The second part is focused on the aforementioned extension of the reference model MBI based on the knowledge and the experience of professional literature in the implementation of CRM solutions. The extension is realized in the form of four tasks which generalize practices for implementing customer relationship management, further work is completed by factors that describe the practical procedures and instructions for working in CRM solutions. The application used is also defined in this work.

Microsoft Dynamics Nav implementation, functionality and the implementation of processes

This thesis informs the reader about Microsoft Dynamics NAV the company information system from Microsoft. In the introductory part of this work the ERP system is introduced from a general perspective. The architecture, modules and updates of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 version are introduced. There is also a brief presentation of products from the Microsoft Dynamics series among which Microsoft Dynamics NAV belongs and of the competition of these ERP products on the Czech market. The practical part is devoted to the functionality of the system, the implementation and the implementation of processes in a selected company. The course of implementation is described both in the selected company and from a general point of view. Outlined are, in particular, questions regarding the risks of implementation of the project. The functions and processes are described in written form and their solution is practically presented in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
