Design of machine tool for centreless grinding process

This bachelor thesis describes the design of centerless grinding machine for cylindrical profile. Designed machine will be used for surface treatment of metal or alloy tubes. The work consist of theoretical and practical part. Issues of centerless technology, construction of various machines and their examples are outlined in the theoretical part. The practical part of work consist of basic calculations of work components and the model of designed construciton in programme Autodesk Inventor 2011. Part of work is drawing of entire set.
Design of milling machine spindl

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the construction of the milling machine spindle. The first part includes research in the structural part of machine-tools spindles that are used currently. The first section also contains an overview of producers of machine-tools and their milling machines. The second part is focused on the design of the spindle according to selected parameters, including the necessary calculations. This thesis also includes spindle assembly drawing and 3D model created with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2011.
Usage of neural networks in diagnostics

This master’s thesis deals with the design of hydraulic linear drive for parallel kinematics structures of robots, which is not standardly used for these kind of robots. In the part of background research it deals with modern applications of these robots in profession and possible construction components, conventional or nonconventional ones. The master’s thesis further describes the procedure of construction the hydraulic drive. At first the linear hydromotor is designed and further the whole hydraulic circuit. The whole drive is processed in appropriate software program as a 3D model, from witch the assembly drawings is worked out.
