OCR of image based web form protection
Peluch, Tibor ; Hrabec, Jakub (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with programming of application in operating system Windows. Main features of application system Microsoft Foundation Class are resumed in brief here. In following part there is idea about implementing an application with graphic user interface that makes, using schema, work with data, possible. The third part deals with implementation of blocks into dynamic linked libraries and there is outlined a possibility to use data of this programme as an external module and a possibility of realtime data processing e.g. picture and sound. The verification of a good functionality of this application is in the last part. The application is really tested in diagnosing of devaluated texts for protecting web forms www.centrum.cz. There were designed blocks making picture read possible just from internet, preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, evaluationg in neural network and blocks that make possible to read and save processed data into the disc.
Expert systems ES for home study and evaluation
Novák, Jaroslav ; Honzík, Petr (referee) ; Jirsík, Václav (advisor)
This master thesis contains the basic information about knowledge and expert systems. The thesis contains theoretic text about architecture of the expert systems and representation knowledge. The text regarding on representation knowledge contains examples of different ways of knowledge representation for expert systems. In the next part is described the design and all functions of the expert systems. This expert system uses frames representation.
Instance based learning
Martikán, Miroslav ; Polách, Petr (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is specialized in instance based learning algorithms. Main goal is to create an application for educational purposes. There are instance based learning algorithms (IBL), nearest neighbor algorithms and kd-trees described theoretically in this thesis. Practical part is about making of tutorial application. Application can generate data, classified them with nearest neighbor algorithm and is able of IB1, IB2 and IB3 algorithm testing.
Simulator of mobile robots in Matlab/Simulink
Havlát, Petr ; Honzík, Petr (referee) ; Hrabec, Jakub (advisor)
The main goal is the programming scene MATLAB/Simulink creation of graphic user interface (GUI), which allows the simulation of mobile robots movement. The work covers two types of these robots – first one is the robot with differentially controlled truck and second one auto robot (car-like robot). As a part of this draft GUI, there are also possibilities of showing all trajectory or only actual position, selection of step after which the robot can delineate and possibility of layout between the positions by using the button back and forwards.
Voice recognition of standard PILOT-CONTROLLER control commands
Kufa, Tomáš ; Polách, Petr (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this graduation thesis is an application of speech recognition into ATC commands. The selection of methods and approaches to automatic recognition of ATC commands rises from detailed air traffic studies. By the reason that there is not any definite solution in such extensive field like speech recognition, this diploma work is focused just on speech recognizer based on comparison with templates (DTW). This recognizor is in this thesis realized and compared with freely accessible HTK system from Cambrige University based on statistic methods making use of Hidden Markov models. The usage propriety of both methods is verified by practical testing and results evaluation.
Ant colony
Hart, Pavel ; Hynčica, Ondřej (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
First part of the thesis is about literature research of optimization algorithms. Three of the algorithms were implemented and tested, concretely the ant colony algorithm, tabu search and simulated annealing. All three algorithms were implemented to solve the traveling salesman problem. In second part of the thesis the algorithms were tested and compared. In last part the influence of the ant colony parameters was evaluated.
Meta-learning
Hovorka, Martin ; Hrabec, Jakub (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
Goal of this work is to make acquaintance and study meta-learningu methods, program algorithm and compare with other machine learning methods.
Decision trees
Patera, Jan ; Sáblík, Václav (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis presents description on several algorithms for decision trees induction and software RapidMiner. The first part of the thesis deals with partition and terminology of decision trees. There’re described all algorithms for decision tree construction in RapidMiner. The second part deals with implementation and comparison of chosen algorithms. The application was developed in C++. Based on the real datesets the comparisson of different algorithms was realized using Rapid Miner 4.0.
Data Preprocessing
Vašíček, Radek ; Beran, Jan (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
This thesis surveys on problems preprocessing data. Forepart deal with view and description characteristic tests for description attributes, methods for work with data and attributes. Second part work describes work with program Rapidminer. It pays pay attention to single functions preprocessing in this programme describes their function. Third part equate to results with using methods preprocessing and without using data preprocessing.
Unsupervised learning
Kantor, Jan ; Sáblík, Václav (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this work has been to describe some techniques which are normally used for cluster data analysis process of unsupervised learning. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part of thesis has been focused on some algorithms theory describing advantages and disadvantages of each discussed method and validation of clusters quality. There are many ways how to estimate and compute clustering quality based on internal and external knowledge which is mentioned in this part. A good technique of clustering quality validation is one of the most important parts in cluster analysis. The second part of thesis deals with implementation of different clustering techniques and programs on real datasets and their comparison with true dataset partitioning and published related work.
