This bachelor thesis deals with consumer behaviour on the yogurt market in the South Moravian Region. It provides results of an inquiry about frequency of yogurt consumption, shopping habits, consumer preferences and attitudes. It also identifies key factors which influence consumer during shopping of yogurts and evaluates the influence of package, brand, advertisement and other promo-tional tools. Based on results of questionnaire survey recommendations are sug-gested for subjects which operate on this market.
Degrees of semantic similarity between Dutch and Czech idioms containing the word "water"

The aim of the thesis (titled Degrees of Semantic Similarity between Dutch and Czech Idioms Containing the Woord water) is to compare Dutch idioms containing the words water andfish with Czech idioms. The thesis was written taking a contrastive approach. In the introductory part we focus on varlOUS approaches to idiomatics and phraseology, with special regard to the Czech and Dutch contexts. Different theories of this field are being compared. Furthermore, the methodology is being determined, which is later used in the applied part of the thesis. Apart from focusing on purely linguistic views we also concentrate on the assessment of extralinguistic influences, which are of considerable importance for this topic within the Dutch context. We also address the influence of sociological factors on the knowledge of idoms. For the purposes of the applied part of the thesis a specific corpus containing idioms with the words water and fish has been compiled. The units of the corpus have then been analyzed from the point of view of syntax and semantics. On the basis of the corpus the rate of equivalence of the Czech and Dutch idioms has been examined and possible translations have been included. Fairy-tales motives in book of common reading

The aim of this work is extension of knowledge about books of common reading focused on fairy-taleish motives. This work describes their basic features but its also brings other knowledge and looks for new connections. On choice of books of common reading is the attention situated on rise of work and events which went with them. This work is engaged in general look at these books and other literature determined for a broader audience. Its focused on quantity of printing and publication´s places of books of common reading. The attention is paid to typical heros such as Ezop, Paleček or Enšpígl and another popular motives (Faust, Fortunat). Part of the work is also treatise of theory of fairy-tales including the basic terms and conception of fairy-taleish motifs. The theoretical fairy-taleish data are completed by general and also practical opinion. The essential points of work are characteristics of each book and their fairy-taleish motives. In the last part is the attention focused on motives which appear not only in books of common reading but also in other types of art such as motive of the devil in the modern art or in the traditional literature.
