Multi-Dimentional Automata and Their Languages
Hladík, Zdeněk ; Kocman, Radim (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
This work includes brief overview of the theory behind two-dimentional languages which was the main theme examined in previous work. Based upon this theory there are next chapters introducing a new concept of three-dimentional and multi-dimentional languages. For each type of language there is a definition of corresponding type of strings and string operations. Finally, for each type of language there are definitions of developed formal gramatics and automata. Along with theory, in work there is an demonstration of developed program, which provides simulation of introduced multidimensional automata.
Two-Dimentional finite automata and their applications
Hladík, Zdeněk ; Kučera, Jiří (referee) ; Meduna, Alexandr (advisor)
This paper introduces the theory of twodimensional languages automata in comparision to the classic concept of languages and automata. This theory is used for developing special automata, that is capable of analyzing tables containing rules. These tables are conected with rules for selected european car license plates. Automata and tables are used by developed application, which can be used for car nationality identification.
Localization factors of shopping centers: Case study of shopping centers in Prague
Hladík, Zdeněk ; Spilková, Jana (advisor) ; Pospíšilová, Lucie (referee)
Localisation of economic activities is an often debated issue in the expert literature. In particular, the factors determining the location of retail units in such a complex environment, as is the metropolitan Prague, is a very complicated process. Variance of several meters can determine the entire success or failure of the shopping center. Therefore, the first part of this thesis presents and discuss a broad range of studies and methods with different approaches to determine location analysis. The results of this thesis show the efforts of customers to minimize time and effort spent on shopping, which is just a reflection of the proximity and availability of metro station as the main localization factor in Prague's area. However, not only the location, but also the preferences of customers of specific marketing mix and characteristics affect the success of these centers. Key words: shopping center, localisation factors, Prague, metro, availability
