The building site is situated on the interesection of Třída Genrála Píky and Provazníkova streets in Brno. In the neighboring building there are commercial and administrative spaces. The main crossroad was redesigned to minimize the residual traffic areas. Based on urbanistic study we designed the corner high-rise dominant. We create a point of view at the skyline of Brno. By pushing back the volume we have a small square. Central comunication core allows transparent facade.

The object of metropolitan significance on the street Benesova Brno

The aim of this thesis is solution of the area between Benešova street and Koliště street in the city center of Brno. The proposed objects respond to the character of the circular street as a belt of parks alternating with buildings of citywide importance. I have placed an administrative block to the northern part of the area, which location respects the street lines and the sight axes follow-up streets. The mass of the block is then perpendicular to the Benešova street divided into two parts to allow free passage of territory in both directions.. The main function of the building is administration, additional functions are business facilities, shops, cafe and temporary accommodation – hotel.

The building is situated into new urban structure with a simple grid of regular blocks and streets in Cerna Pole, Brno Sever. It is designed as a solitaire which enters the park with a half of his platform. The house is sunk into the ground and his parter is interestingly and playfully communicating surrounding. House was created from a modified block as inversion of its mass. The house can be entered from both sides. From the north side and from the south side. Matter is 21m high and has a and spans 42 x 49.5 m. The key element of the plan and the communication is hinged open staircase in the hall.

Tools of the Active Labour Policy in the Light of Employment of Persons with Disabilities Abstract The Diploma Thesis "Tools of the Active Labour Policy in the Light of Employment of Persons with Disabilities" deals with the institute of the Active Labour Policy contained foremost in the Act No. 435/2004 Coll., the Labour Act. The first part of the Thesis outlines a wider context of the Active Labour Policy, especially its relationship to the right to work, to the Labour Policy as to its parent concept and to situation of the Disabled as in the Czech legal regulation and international documents. The second part describes and evaluates the legal regulation of individual tools, while the focal point is the possibility of their use in the employment of persons with disabilities. It deals not only with the tools specifically designed to support the employment of the Disabled, as the rehabilitation and the protected working places. It also pursues general tools of the Active Labour Policy, as e.g. the requalification, the investment incentives, the socially expedient working places and the shared employment mediation.
