4 Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the process of adaptation of Filipinos in organizations operating in the Czech Republic. This thesis aims to analyze problems in the process of adaptation of workers in organizations. The thesis is devoted to the whole adaptation process, different approaches to the adaptation process and its phases are described. The specifics of the Philippine working culture are also presented and compared with the working culture in the Czech Republic. Part of this work is an empirical investigation, which aims to identify problems of adaptation of Filipinos and followed with options for effective adaptation process. The survey was carried out in the form of a semi-structured interview with Filipinos currently working in the Czech Republic. This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of sponsorship, as one of the tools of business and marketing strategy of a company. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on defining the concept of sponsorship and its position within the business and marketing strategy of a company. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the analysis of sponsorship activities of companies that are partners of the minor field Sales Management. The research is based on personal interviews with the top managers of these companies.
Development of passenger cars market in EU during the period of economic crisis in the years 2007 - 2012

This bachelor thesis analysis development of the automotive market in the EU during the period of the economic crisis in the years 2007 -- 2012 and is divided into three main chapters. The first part of the thesis describes the development of the automotive industry in the period before the economic crisis, whilst individual subchapters are aimed at the importance of the automotive market for GDP, export and employment rate in the EU member countries. The second chapter represents analysis of the situation on the market of passenger cars during the period from 2007 to 2012. This part of the thesis describes above all the implications of the economic crisis on the production and demand for the passenger cars in the EU. The third part is devoted to the current state which prevails on the European market with the passenger cars. This chapter also remarks the possible future developments and new trends in automotive market.
